Condominium shows like a model, beautifully deocorated and fully furnished with spectacular sunsets. The best location in the gated community. Top Floor (fourth) with elevators close by. Unit overlooks the 18th green of the Royal course and 38 acrea lake. Unit has breathtaking views from the lanai with walking distance to the main clubhouse, fitness center, tennis courts, and main pool area. High Speed Internet

Kitchen eating area overlooks 10th green of the Sabel course and pond and is fully equipped with a high top table and four chairs with seating for three at the breakfast bar. Ceramic tile throughout area.

Dining Room has seating for six with mirrored wall.

Living Room has a 32' screen TV with DVD player and a queen size sleeper sofa. Ceramic tile throughout with beautiful large area rug.

Master bedroom has a king size bed with a private bathroom and walk-in shower along with a walk-in closet. TV and DVD player with cable access. Towels and linen are furnished.

Guest bedroom is complete with two twin beds and large closet and access to full bathroom.

Laundry room has a full size washer and dryer.

Lanai has seating for four with great views of the lake and 18th green

There is a golf transfer fee of $400. It provides golf access on both courses and free use of all amenities for you and your guest during your entire stay.

Dons place was comfortable and relaxing to stay. Really enjoyed the view from lanai. The sunset was amazing to view along with the 18th hole. Definitely would stay there again.

Great Stay at Heritage Palms

This property is amazing. The location, facilities and access to amenities is top notch. Th condo is clean. comfortable and cozy. The view of the 18 Th green is spectacular as are the sunsets. We enjoyed everything. We will be back!

Great Location & Quiet

Easy access to the areas we like to frequent in Ft. Myers. We were in this rental while we waited for our new home to be built. We had not one but two delays in our closing & Don was so easy to work with in extended our stay accordingly. While its definitely geared more towards the older community we did enjoy all the diff. pool locations throughout the community we tried to visit them all!

Gorgeous Property

Beautiful condo and property! It was an unusually scorching record setting September (most days 10 degrees above normal). Couldn't spend a lot of time outside but it was a good lesson that temperatures are indeed rising. Would definitely enjoy going back but in a different month. Owner was terrific with response to questions.

Exactly what we needed

We stayed for the month of January and were very pleased with the condo. It was spacious enough for us and our overnight guests. We made good use of the lanai which has a spectacular view of the 18th hole and lake. We used the in-house laundry and cooked dinner a few times in the well supplied kitchen. Any questions we had were quickly answered by Don the owner. We ate several times at the club restaurants and were never disappointed. I played several rounds of golf on both of the beautiful courses. We plan to come back to Heritage Palms (maybe even buy a place down there!). We liked HP that much. For us, it was a great experience and exactly what we needed. Mark

nice community, great experience

4th floor condo steps away from elevator. Screened in lanai overlooks very large lake with wrap around golf course. This is a gated community which means on arrival you are issued a pass at the entrance guard gate and have it scanned each time you return. It only takes a moment and really adds to the sense of security and resort style living at Heritage Palms. The condo was very comfortable and quiet. 2 bedroom and 2 bathrooms. We had 3 adults so the king size bed and 2 twins really worked well for us. I believe the sofa can pull out for additional sleeping but we didn't need to use it. Cable tv, internet wi-fi, full kitchen and side by side washer dryer really made this feel like a home away from home. Oh and there is one dedicated carport parking space but multiple unassigned guest spaces. Overall we were very happy with the 6 week stay and would recommend this location to other users.

I bought this property as a new construction in 05. I really was impressed on how clean the Heritage Palms Development was. I liked the fact that it 36 holes and also had tennis dining and now Pickle Ball. The fact that it was a 15 minute drive to Ft Meyers beach and 25 minutes to Naples Beaches was a plus. The property was also close to shopping centers,grocery stores and also close to Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox Stadiums

What makes this property unique

New 4,000 Sq Ft Exercise facility, All New Grill Room/ Sports bar built in 2016. Two New HD Flat screen Samsung Televisions. Gated Community Two Championship 18 Hole Golf Courses,
