Just returned from spending the month of January here. Very nice accommodations. The property is completely secure and is definitely close to shopping. The variety of restaurants within walking distance was a definite bonus. Was a great month spent in Arizona.

Working with the landlord Bob and his family was wonderful. They are extremely kind, responsive and helpful. Also the onsite property manager for the condo complex Karl, is also exceptional.

Fabulous rental in the Biltmore district

This 2 bed, 2.5 bath unit is super cute and close to all the action. Golf courses, hiking mountains, restaurants and bars, freeways and the airport~ everything is nearby. I enjoyed staying here.

Location, Location, Location!

The location was perfect for me—able to walk so many places. The directions to get to unit should have included name of subdivision, AZ Biltmore Terrace. The keypad was on the ground—very difficult for me at night after a long day. There was a Keurig coffee maker. I had brought regular coffee, disappointed there was not at least one Keurig cup for the 1st morning. My only other negative. I stayed for 7 weeks. I had to pay for cleaning in between. I was hoping they would pay considering the length of my stay. I would definitely go back though.

Recently renovated, this well-located 2BR condo sleeps 3 comfortably. Great open floor plan - wonderful combo kitchen/dining room/LR space. Central Phoenix location, this condo complex sits on the Arizona Biltmore Golf Club Links Couse, adjacent to iconic AZ Biltmore Waldorf Hotel. Condo complex includes swimming pools, hot tub, party room & visitor parking. Walk to restaurants, Biltmore Hotel/Golf, grocery store, Biltmore fashion park and more. Fabulous stay. Can't wait to come back!
