About this property

Resort Like Condo in the Prestigious Paradise Valley Area

Home has recently been remodeled and and is complete with all new furnishings. One bedroom/den or 2 bedroom (den has Murphy Bed) top floor unit in an elevator building with upgraded white cabinetry and hardware, new plumbing fixtures, quartz countertops, ceiling fans, fireplace, recessed canned lighting, vinyl plank flooring, wall hung big screen TVs in living room and both bedrooms, and much more. WIFI/Internet with IPTV TV featuring over 20,000 local and popular stations as well as premium channels such as HBO, Netflix, the NFL package, etc. and all streaming apps such as Prime, Apple TV, etc.. Security gated complex is adjacent to the Stone Creek Golf Course and has five heated pools with five spas, a magnificent clubhouse with a state of the art exercise room, a billiard room and a card/meeting room. Walk to ample shopping and restaurants. Desert Ridge, Kierland and Scottsdale Quarters just a short ride away in addition to the ones within walking distance. Near two major freeways for easy access to downtown Phoenix, Scottsdale and the west side of the Valley.
Will rent for as short as a 30 day term or as long as one year. Monthly rent will vary depending on month. The schedule of rents is as follows:

Marty’s place

Marty was great to deal with. The property was clean with plenty to do. There was a lot of shopping a restaurants within walking distance. The pools were heated and the people at the pool were very friendly. Had a great time and would go back and stay next time in town
