A great stay

We loved the house and the pool, a great host and a great house.Short drive to the nearest beach and the beautiful city of Xàbia

Fantastic for a large group

A fantastic stay. Outdoor areas in particular are amazing. Wonderful pool, loads of outdoor seating areas and beautiful gardens. Best bit is the huge balcony, with table for 14 and huge gas BBQ. Great house and would highly recommend for a large family get together

Great stay

Lovely place for big families or large groups, with a very kind and helpful owner. 10 min drive from Javea and beautiful surroundings. Bedrooms without airco are really warm during the summer, despite the fans.

Lovely family get together

Lovely property, in a very quiet area. Quirky house- with many rooms downstairs on the garage level- but most had their own patio area and bathrooms which gave space for everyone. Niko was a very attentive host, always there when we needed anything.

Great for what we needed

This house was great for our large group of three families. The teens had loads of fun in the pool and it’s a short drive into Xavia. The rooms with out AC were very warm but it was August! Niko was extremely helpful, recommending local places and even drove us into town when we had a problem with our car. There is a great Paella cooker and BBQ on the terrace which was a great place for 14 of us to sit around and have meals. There are lots of outside places to chill

We had excellent communication with Nico and he was there to great us and introduce us to the villa. There’s a lot to take in doors everywhere leading to different areas but once we got our head around it all was good. We were a party of 12 including 3 children and a 13 month baby. There was plenty of room for everyone to live and not be on top of each other. We asked for a high chair and travel cot. The cot didn’t come with a mattress but we used some garden cushions and spare sheets to improvise. Not all bedrooms and areas had air conditioning but there were plenty of fans and everyone slept well in very hot weather. Pool area was excellent we left some pool toys and blow ups for the next guests. There’s plenty of sunny and shaded areas. Nico was round twice a week for pool maintenance. There was good equipment in the kitchen and plenty of crockery. We followed Nicos advice about too much electricity being on at the same time and didn’t have an issue with fuses blowing. Theres a large garage which is the main entrance to the property and room for 2 -3 cars. Access to the drive was a little tricky at first but we soon got used to it. The property felt very secure in a quiet residential area. Overall I would highly recommend this villa for a large family or party of people. You just need to be mindful of little one’s safety which is the same for and property that isn’t your own. Just to be forewarned the mosquitoes are vicious day and night take good repellents.
