Apartment for 4 people with large pool and small pool for children.
200m from the best beaches of the Costa Brava !!!.
Located in a privileged area, in a nice urbanization of Platja d'Aro (Politour).
Excellent to rest with a lot of trees (garden city with forest view), living room and kitchen, it has 2 double bedrooms, 1 bedroom with double bed and another room with two single beds), it has a terrace of 30 m2, community with garden , community pool, tennis courts, pimpon ... and much more.
5 minutes from the town center.
Parking for cars on the same street at no cost.
The best beaches of the Costa Brava 5 minutes from the apartment.

Apartamento y zona agradable

Lugar agradable, la persona de contacto fue puntual, alquilamos dos apartamentos con la familia, nos entregó tarjetas de acceso para la piscina, es grande para adultos y zona para niños con restaurante y está cerca del apartamento. Lo mejor de todo es la playa, la Cala Sa Cova y Cala del Pi, no es necesario coger el coche, se puede ir andando y al pueblo también se puede ir andando, en 10 - 15 minutos estás en el centro del pueblo.

Si vous aimez le calme et des vacances reposantes, éviter cette station. Heureusement nous étions en famille et l'arrière pays est magnifique, ainsi que les criques de platja d'Aro. La location convient pour une famille avec de jeunes enfants. La cuisine est bien équipée, mais côté vaisselle, c'est très limité et le lave vaisselle ne fonctionnait pas. La terrasse est très agréable et permet d'y manger tout le temps. La climatisation est mobile, mais nous ne l'avons pas utilisé.

Points positifs: bon emplacement proche de la mer et des rues commerçantes. Quartier assez calme. Points négatifs : Le parking noté dans l'annonce n'est autre qu'une place à trouver dans la rue et ce n'est pas une mince affaire... le voisinage insatisfait que l'on se gare devant chez lui nous a même gentiment rayé notre voiture... Pas assez de vaisselle : location prévue pour 4 personnes donc 4 fourchettes, 4 couteaux, 4 cuillères ...même pas un saladier pour se faire une salade donc le lave vaisselle n'a pas d'utilité... tant qu'à la climatisation annoncée dans le descriptif ce n'est qu'un refroidisseur ventilateur d'air avec un tuyau qu'il faut mettre dehors en laissant la porte ouverte donc décevant.

Lovely apartment close to the beach in a quiet neigbourhood

My daughter and I spend three wonderful and sunny days in this lovely apartment in Platja D'Aro. The beach and the busy main high street are within walking distance while the apartment is located in a quiet residential area. For us it was the perfect combination of enjoying the lively hustle and bustle of the town while also enjoying a glass of wine in the quiet garden of the apartment.
