The spacious terraced house is located in beautiful Aiguablava, one of the nicest areas on Costa Brava. It is very quiet and surrounded by greenery and tastefully decorated throughout. On its two floors it offers: a cosy living room with open fire, a dining area and large bay windows leading on to the terrace (approx. 50 sqm) with quality wooden furniture, built-in barbecue and a spectacular view to the sea; (please note that the terrace is not suitable for young kids); a fully equipped kitchen (dish-washer, microwave, electric stove), a shower with separate toilet and a bedroom with two single beds; on the next floor two well sized master bedrooms (each approx. 20 sqm) both with built-in wardrobes and shelves and large windows onto the greenery, one with a kingsize bed, one with two single beds; from one of the bedrooms you have also view to the sea; another fairly sized bedroom with two single beds (without view and unless otherwise agreed reserved for owners' use only) and two shower rooms with toilet and bidet; furthermore a laundry(washing machine and dryer) and ironing and storage area.

Pleasant stay

Really nice house with great location. Super close to Aguiablava beach ( a short walk of 10 min- lots of stairs). Enjoyed the little cove downhill- hardly any people.

Situation optimale Location très bien équipée route très passante mais peu gênante malgré tout

Tout était parfait Route très passante mais peu gênante Voisins espagnols propriétaires un peu bruyants à des heures tardives Maison très agréable avec vue époustouflante et propriétaire très agréable et aux petits soins meme à distance et parlant un excellent français L accès direct à une plage presque privée est un réel plus en Espagne et été !! Location vivement recommandée

Très beau séjour

Merveilleux séjour, la villa est spacieuse, joliment décorée, très propre et très bien équipée. Nous avons profité de la magnifique terrasse avec une vue imprenable sur la mer. L'accès privé à la plage est appréciable et rapide. Isle et Franz sont des propriétaires agréables, très disponibles avec qui nous avons eu des échanges depuis notre arrivée et tout le long du séjour. Nous recommandons vivement cette location, que du bonheur !

Location très agréable à proximité de la mer

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Ilse et Franz. Tout était conforme à l'annonce et nous avons eu l'heureuse chance de découvrir et visiter une région magnifique, avec ses petites criques et sa diversité de paysages. La maison est pratique et agréable à vivre, sa proximité avec la mer est un réel atout. Nous recommandons cette location sans aucune hésitation. Seul bémol, la location dispose de deux belles chambres, les deux autres sont plus exigües et moins agréables. Cela ne nous a pas gêné car nous étions quatre seulement. Nous y reviendrons probablement un prochain été.

Beautiful apartment, wonderful view...

We had a wonderful time and everything was just perfect! The terrace - the view and the birds singing in the morning - was really awesome. Hard to imagine a better place for a yoga routine. There was a personal touch - and sense of quality - to every detail in the house, that you don’t often come across, so kudos to the owners for creating a such a beautiful place and atmosphere.

Rien ne nous a manqué ! La propriétaire est une personne avec qui les échanges sont réelements faciles ,agréables et chaleureux .L'arrivée est organisée sans faille et toute à notre convenance ,le ménage parfait ,la maison est telle que les photos la montrent .Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette maison meublée et décorée à notre goût ,agencée et équipée pour un séjour sans difficultés. Sans voisins mitoyens pendant toute notre période de vacances nous avons profité de la maison et de sa terrasse dans un calme olympien propice au repos.Le soleil était au rendez-vous ,la plage vite accessible à pieds,Bégur est un petit village charmant et animé ,les environs réservent de belles surprises.Trés trés bons souvenirs et en nous le rêve d'y revenir....

Vacances parfaites

Il y a des moments que l'on attend dans une année et bien nous concernant nos deux filles et nous un de ces moments est celui où nous nous rendons à Aiguablava...c'est un duplex magnifique,idéalement situé et avantage inestimable on peut se rendre à la plage à pied..équipements tops,terrasse incroyable avec vue sur mer,et extrême gentillesse des propriétaires..cela fait deux fois que nous y allons et pensons y retourner l'an prochain!!Location rêvée!!

Génial!!!

Nous avons passé une semaine de rêve à Aiguablava dans cette maison super bien équipée avec profusion de linge et de belle vaisselle...la terrasse est un enchantement avec sa vue mer et ses beaux meubles en teck,l'accès à la plage est facile et sans voiture ce qui permet d'être plus libre.Bref nous avons adoré autant que nos deux filles de 20 et 21 ans,Begur est un charmant village comme Pals ou Calella de Palafrugell!!A voir absolument!!!

Aufenthalt 06.-13.07.2013

"Wir (8Pers.+Kleinkind) haben einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt (Juli 2013) in diesem Objekt verbracht und empfehlen es gerne weiter. Die Aufteilung der Wohnung haben wir als sehr vorteilhaft bewertet. Die im unteren Bereich befindlichen 3 Schlaf- und 2 Badezimmer sind auch im Hochsommer angenehm kühl. Das Konzept der integrieren Einrichtung (Schränke etc.) in diesem Bereich haben wir als sehr gelungen empfunden - praktisch und optisch ansprechend zugleich. Die Bäder sind geräumig und schön. Die Küche ist etwas klein, was durch die grosse Durchreiche zum Ess-/Wohnbereich jedoch nicht stört. Zudem gut ausgestattet, nicht nur das ''übliche'' Standardprogramm, z.B. hochwertigere Gläser, Espressomaschine etc. Zusätzlich steht ein zweiter, grosser Kühlschrank im Untergeschoss zur Verfügung. Der Ess-/Wohnbereich ist gross, hell sowie ansprechend ausgestattet. Man sieht deutlich, dass hier mit Verstand und Geschmack eingerichtet wurde und das spiegelt sich auch in der Atmosphäre wieder. Die Terrasse besticht durch ihre Grösse, hochwertige Möblierung, einen gemauerten Grill sowie die schöne Aussicht über den Pinienwald zum Meer. Die Wohnung war in einem einwandfrei sauberen Zustand. Die vorhandenen Wasch- und Trockenmöglichkeiten sind ebenfalls positiv zu erwähnen. Die ca. 5 Gehminuten zum nächstgelegenen Strand waren für uns absolut akzeptabel, wobei wir den Weg entlang der Strasse dem teilw. mit Treppen versehenen Fussweg aufgrund der Steigung vorgezogen haben. Das nahe Begur ist ein sehr reizvoller Ort der ausreichend Gelegenheit zum Bummeln, Verweilen, Essen gehen bietet und auch die notwendigen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bereit hält. In wenigen Fahrminuten befinden sich zudem in der nahen Umgebung einige sehr lohnenswerte Strände und Ausflugsziele."

"Maison mitoyenne, offran...

"Maison mitoyenne, offrant une vue magnifique sur la végétation et la mer (pas de vis à vis). La superbe terrasse de 50m2 est très agréable. En plus de la vue magnifique il y a un barbecue et de très beaux meubles d’extérieur (canapé, fauteuils et chaises longues) La maison est spacieuse, propre, lumineuse et la décoration soignée. Les chambres sont grandes et la literie très confortable. La cuisine est un peu petite mais très bien équipée. L’accès à la plage est facile avec un petit chemin qui permet d’accéder à une plage de galets à 2 minutes ou à 5 minutes à une belle plage de sable fin. La plage de sable est petite et très fréquentée, mais les petites criques à proximité permettent de s''''isoler un peu plus. Et pour ne rien gâcher… les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques, discrets et disponibles. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour On reviendra ! "

"Die große Terrasse über ...

"Die große Terrasse über den Eukalyptus-Baumwipfeln erschließt eine steile, mediterrane Küstenlandschaft und bietet einen herrlichen Blick über eine azurblaue Meeresbucht mit mehreren kleinen Stränden. Diese sind über Pfade direkt zu Fuß erreichbar. Die gediegene, gepflegte Ausstattung der Wohnung lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig für einen luxuriös-komfortablen, angenehmen Aufenthalt auch einer größeren Gruppe. Wir haben eine herrliche Zeit an einem privilgierten Ort verbracht und wollen wiederkommen. La grande terrasse au-dessus des cimes des eucalyptus donne une vue extraordinaire sur un paysage mediterranéen avec une baie bleu azure et des petites plages qu'' on peut accéder à pieds sur des chemins et marches. Tout équipement de la maison-appartement est superbe et très confortable, rien manque. Aussi très agréable pour une groupe plus grande. Nous avons passés un magnifique séjour dans un site privilégié et voulons revenir."
