The brand new MEDEA apartment, whose construction was completed in May 2019, is in an excellent position, just a few steps from the sandy beach, as well as in the town center. For guests we also provide the use of the garage for an internal parking space. The apartment, equipped with every comfort, develops entirely on the first floor, from which, through a suspended staircase with wooden steps, you reach the terrace-solarium of exclusive relevance of the guests. The house has 2 bedrooms: one double with en-suite bathroom, and one that according to the needs of our guests can be prepared as double or twin, with two single beds. The corridor leads to the second bathroom (both with all the bathroom fittings). The kitchen has an electric oven, a dishwasher, various utensils including an electric espresso machine, Nespresso model. Lovely apartment. Don't pick it expecting a hottub

Very well situated as a group of climbers to reach all crags within a short drive. Apartment was well suited to our needs, biggest drawback was that the 'jacuzzi was in fact a 'hydrotherapy massage pool', I.e. no heating and too cold to use. It was in fact dirty the one time we did try to use it which was a shame as being listed with a jacuzzi is what made us choose this listing.

Tolles Apartment in super Lage

Wir waren zu viert Ende Oktober für eine Woche in dem Apartment und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage und Ausstattung der Unterkunft sind super. Auch der Kontakt zu Benedetto war freundlich. Bei Fragen haben wir zügig eine Antwort erhalten. Als kleines Manko sind hier drei Sachen zu erwähnen: - es hätte ein wenig sauberer sein können - bei vier Personen wäre ein Zweitschlüssel vom Vorteil gewesen - bei vier Personen waren nur zwei Becher vorhanden Trotz der Kritikpunkte würden wir wieder kommen - es hat uns sehr gefallen.

Tutto molto bello

Casa moderna e ben ripartita. Tutto praticamente nuovo e, per chi vuole vivere un periodo di vacanza , è un'ottima scelta. Unico picolo neo la pulizia e l'organizzazione del plesso solare che,sicuramente per motivi di tempo, non era curatissima. Se mi posso permettere consiglierei un barbecue a carbone in quanto quello a gas,se non accuratamente pulito, diventa davvero difficile da gestire e il suo cattivo utilizzo crea problematiche difficili da risolvere. Considerata la poca dimestichezza di alcune persone nel cuocere con i vari tipi di barbecue io lo toglierei. Non ne risentirebbe il giudizio piu che positivo che la casa merita.
