Villa Minoa is located in San Vito lo Capo and it has 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms (two internal and one external toilet with sink and toilet), parking and free WiFi, mountain view and private pool.

The property is located in a very quiet area just 1.5 km from the city center.

The Villa is also equipped with a comfortable dependance complete with table, chairs, kitchenette and fridge.

You will also find a fantastic barbecue for your grilling and a beautiful private swimming pool surrounded by a wonderful garden made up of exotic palm trees, lawn and Mediterranean plants.

Villa Minoa is a really comfortable structure for families and for groups of up to 9 or 11 people who want to take advantage of the annex as well.

The outdoor pool will allow you to spend moments of absolute tranquility and relaxation as we have arranged for you to arrange comfortable deck chairs around you.

Inside the villa is equipped with three air conditioners: one in the living room and one in each double bedroom.

The bathroom is very large and spacious equipped with every comfort and a shower box.

The two double bedrooms are both equipped with an additional portable bed but if necessary we can make other additional beds available in the annex or in the living room.

Linen is on request and has a separate cost.
