Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My wife and I spent the first winter of our retirement in this lovely two bedroom Villa. There were no surprises when we showed up and the property was clean and well represented in the online photos provided. While the property is generally well furnished with everything you need, there are a couple items that you may want to consider bringing. If you like to grill the property does not currently come with a grill. Also its is difficult to maintain the carpeting in the bedrooms with the vacuum cleaner currently provided with the property (suitable for hard floors only). During our stay we had some minor maintenance items we needed addressed and the property manager was very responsive in getting things fixed. The property is well located for access to many of golf courses and access to the three town centers via golf cart. There are excellent shopping options just 5 minutes away. We frequently attended many of the nightly live entertainment shows in the town centers and look forward to returning this coming winter season. Overall we had a great experience and have decided to return to the same property this upcoming winter season.

The management firm was very responsive to our needs. The check in and checkout went smoothly. Everyone was very friendly. The golf cart seemed to be brand new.

Reviewer Comments: The rental was very nice....however for future reference...we had to contact the Office to have someone bring the golf cart key to the Villa (one of the amenities offered with the rental) ...when we backed the golf cart out of the garage the right back tire was extremely we took it to the golf cart shop where the service man told us it looked like there was a serious problem with the tire. He put air in the tire so we could return to the Villa. At which point I had to rent a golf cart from the Villages that cost me $134.00. Disappointing when one of the amenities of the rental was a golf cart. The Rental Company should check the golf cart for its ability to be used safely and satisfactorily otherwise they should not have the golf cart as an added benefit in their advertisement. The three TV's where not working upon our arrival...we contacted the Property office who sent their maintenance person to check the TV; he was not sure of what the issue was so he had the Office send a repairman to the Villa...he said there was a broken "box" that had to be replaced...again the Property Management should make certain that TV's and golf carts are working properly prior to the renters arrival. Overall the experience was positive but the added expense of the golf cart and time spent waited on the TV repairman put a less than "very satisfied" approval rating.
