It is located within walking distance of the city center and the sea front (14 minutes) and also close to a bus route into the center of Funchal.

The city itself is nestled in a great natural amphitheater, facing the blue Atlantic with a backdrop of dramatic mountains. Located in the stunning south of Madeira, it's a sunniest coast amidst banana plantations and wonderful gardens where it's an extremely lush, green and relaxed city.
The property is in the Santa Luzia area of Funchal. This is a residential area. It is close to the Santa Luzia park with its tropical garden and cafe. It is also located on the road to Monte, the Botanical Gardens and towards the inland mountainous areas
