New apartment, recently renovated, located on the ground floor of a 2-unit building in Località Zaffoni in Rovereto (Tn). Located 4.5 km from Piazza Rosmini, Zaffoni is defined as a rural village surrounded by the greenery of the surrounding vineyards, located at 450 meters above sea level. It is 17 Km away from the pise of the Serrada-Folgaria ski area, 500 meters from the Noriglio cliffs and 22 Km from Lake Garda. The accommodation, distributed over an area of 70 square meters, consists of a living room-kitchen, three rooms and a bathroom connected by a central corridor. The accommodation has 2 entrances, one of which is directly from the courtyard attached to the 2500 sqm garden. Immersed in an island of peace the territory lends itself both to comfortable walks and to the practice of outdoor sports such as trail, mountain bike, e-bike, cycling, sport climbing, horse riding.
