This beautifully decorated condo has amazing views of St. Andrews Bay. We try to make sure our guest have what they need to get started with beach chairs, beach towels, coolers, etc to use for those beach fun days. Well equiped with linens, Toilet paper starters (one roll each bath, paper towels and dish soap needed for stay and cleaning items. We don't want our guest to have to go to the store for these types of items but two grocery store are just up the street from us for you shopping needs.
This fourth floor beauty is in The Reflections in Bay Point community, next door to The Bluegreen at Bayside Vacation Club.
Enjoy the picture window in living area to look out to the beautiful bay views (rain or shine), Hole # 5 of golf course and lagoon pool below this 4th floor unit. Balcony with seating to enjoy the views with your morning coffee or evening drink. Living area with sectional, recliner chair and 65 inch TV. Great space for two couples, girls retreat, Grandparents and Adult kids with grandchildren sleeping on comfy queen air mattress that can be placed right in middle of the Sectional. Master bedroom with king bed, private bath with two vanities and large walk in shower, flat screen TV and sliding doors to balcony with beautiful views. Second bedroom has a King Bed and is just off the second bathroom with tub/shower combo. Enjoy an kitchen stocked with all you needs and seating at bar and/or dine at the table for six. Balcony is screened in with plenty of seating for watching the boats in the Bay, birds, golfers, pool or watching TV.
Bay Point has dining, golf, spa, fitness, nature, biking, marina and swimming. Enjoy what the Reflections has to offer with private magnificent 10,000 square feet lagoon shaped zero entry pool with separate heated spa pool, hot tub and plenty of chairs to lounge around pool and grill. Reflections has a spa (Serenity Spa). Bluegreen Vacation Club Resort is right next door with three restaurants, Tides, Flip Flops Pool Bar, and take a walk out on the pier to Pelican's (seasonal). Neons Bar 72 at golf course. Did I mention the men and ladies will love golfing at the on Bay Points Nicklaus Course. Take in biking or walking around to enjoy the scenery and what nature has to offer. On the board walk of The BlueGreen next door take off for boating fun with Paradise Adventures PCB, go to www.ParadiseAdventuresPCB.com to see their Cataman Tours, and Watersports Rentals information or call 850-769-3866. You will also find other water sport companies at Grand Lagoon and Captians Andersons for fun Shell Island trips, sight seeing and fishing.
Just outside the entry area of Bay Point you'll find two grocery stores for all your needs: Publix and Winn-Dixie, need something special check out the Beach Liquors in the plaza with Publix. Find many restaurant in the area and over bridge to Panama City (Bay Area). Enjoy a day at St. Andrews State parking ($8 per car) and hike or play at the beach with Restrooms and gift shop, access to Shell Island by boat, and water activies. Driving to beach is a short drive to Rick Seltzer Park for free parking, beach access, showers and bathrooms along the endless sugar white sands of the emerald coast . So much to explore around the Panama City Beach area with Pier Park, shopping, family fun at Coconut Creek Family Fun Park, Gulf World Marina, Pirate's Island, Ripley's, Shipwreck Waterpark, Wonderworks, or ZooWorld.

Owner Update: New queen air mattress for two childrens use. Guest to not exceed two sets of Adults per each bedroom. Sectional sofa is not for additional sleeping. Only 6 guest allowed per this condo. Pool rules also only allow 6 guest to pool per 2 bedroom rental.

Gorgeous property! Condo was well appointed and Vicki provided everything we needed for our stay. I love this condo. Perfect view, gorgeous bright decor, attention to the details of traveler's needs, and the best couch ever. I've stayed all over Bay Point and Reflections, and this space is my favorite.

Beautiful condo and great property owners. The condo was clean and perfect for our party of 3. The kitchen is stocked well. Talk about perfect location!! The elevator is just around the corner. This made it very accessible to park and enjoy the pool. I was so impressed with view of the bay with Shell Island further southeast and St. Andrews directly across from us. The balcony is screened in with high back chairs allowing you to relax and watch the boats coming and going. The pool is huge and has plenty of shade areas and lounge chairs. The owners definitely make our stay easy and enjoyable. 10/10!

The location is away from the main beech and traffic. So it’s quiet and relaxing, but close enough to get wherever in 5-10minutes. Perfect location and great accommodations if you just want to stay in and hang at the pool, spa, or fire pit.

Reflections is a nice property away from the main beaches yet still close to everything and with beautiful views of St. Andrews Bay. The unit is nicely appointed and has everything you need to be quite comfortable. We stayed for 4 weeks and would definitely return. Communications were smooth and easy! Highly recommend!

We fell in love with the emerald coast and the area of Bay Point. What beach area can you find such crystal clear water for beaching. Bay Point has the resort community we have enjoyed in our favorite areas around the Carolinas and Florida. For years we have thought of becoming owners of a vacation home, Reflections became our dream come true this year 2017. Wanting to share our special find with others we have continued plans of updating and make this condo a true relaxing and happy vacation experience for all. Come enjoy the sunny days and beautiful sunsets. Relaxing with a view inside and just looking out seeing the golfers or boater go by planning a day given to us to enjoy another day. Enjoying coffee on the balcony and a good book or people and nature watching to evening relaxing with a cold drink or soda. I love watching the evening unfold and see the lights come on the board walk (pier) and pool area. Listening to the pool water trickle and just relaxing and thinking how peaceful and beautiful the area is.We have tried to furnish our condo to be comfortable for girls retreats, family vacations, and couples. We hope to listen to our guest and provide items and updates that matter. Four beach towels for your use, small coolers, two beach chairs and some extra household items. If this works and guest don't ruin it for other guest we will continue. Please always let us know what make a good retreat.

Why they chose this property

Just love the water and views. For great sunsets and nature, the Bay Point Community had it all. With the beautiful beaches just minutes away for sun and sand or relaxing quiet times at the best pool ever right at hand. When we first saw the Reflection condos we knew we found our little piece of paradise. In a community to walk, ride bikes, golf, swim, tennis and boating options right at our door. From just steps away their are places to eat and walk to see the marina and boats. Peligan's is a fun little place to watch a sunset and end a day of fun. Our Marriott Vacation Club ownership has given us the experience to see and stay in quality places and experience vacationing how it should be done. We just think we can find thought in a good owners condo . Marriott's Legends Edge is just around the corner and Bay Point Sheraton is next door. Extra guest can try these options if the condo's at Reflections are all full.

What makes this property unique

Come experience this beautiful coastal area with Emerald waters, white sand, Bay Point with the private resort experience. A more tranquil area without the crowds but close to everything you need. No highrise here, only eight floors and the elevators work great. Vicki at front desk will be there to help in you vacation experience. Owner discounts from us are per inquires, all final booking must be done through Sterling Resort with Vicki or Dora (weekends) after owner verifies you and gives them your name for discount. Owner will try to give you a total amount with the discount offered. VRBO pricing has some of the owner discount rates. Numbers may be slightly off with my calculations. VRBO does charge a service fee to booking guest.
