Minimum age to rent 25 years old per Celadon Beach Resort regulation.




Any individual renting a unit within the condominium must be twenty-five (25) years of age. The Association has the right to demand proof of compliance with this age restriction from any entity including the owner, tenant or rental agency.




FAMILIES ONLY – No Student groups allowed. If you are under 25 years of age and your parents are not with you, we cannot rent to you.




PARKING

Celadon charges a $45 fee per month, per car for your parking pass. You must purchase prior to arriving. Purchase details are provided prior to arrival.


For 7 day rentals, this condo rents Saturday to Saturday during the Summer Season. NON-SMOKERS ONLY & NO PETS PER CONDOMINIUM PROPERTY POLICY




IF THE CLEANING CREW DETECTS ANY EVIDENCE OF PETS OR SMOKING WITHIN THE UNIT OR ON THE BALCONY, YOU COULD BE CHARGED FOR SMOKE AND/OR DAMGE. NO QUESTIONS ASKED!

RESERVATION CANCELLATIONS




A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. The VRBO/HA service fee will not be refunded. This is not my fee. Cancellations or charges that result in a shortened stay that are made within (60) sixty days of the arrival date forfeit all monies. Cancellation or early departure does not warrant any refund of rent or deposit.
