Newest comfortable apartment located near the beautiful Arcadia.
Private parking.
Within walking distance of the famous Arcadia clubs, Yacht club and beach.
One bedroom with one double bed, bathroom, dining area with sofa (which can be used as a bed) and kitchen.
The lovely area in Arcadia, quite and just in 10 minutes from famous Odessa night life center. There are a lot of restaurants, clubs and shops.
Apartment is very quiet and sleepy in the winter. No amusement arcades, no fun fairs, just a really relaxing place to be.
Super walks on the beach a few miles.
Private parking.
