Peaceful Lake Retreat!!

Welcome to peace and privacy on the lake! What makes this great cabin unique for a relaxing getaway is the privacy! There is 200' of sandy lakeshore with 2 canoes and a four person paddle boat that are available for your use. There is a public launch on the lake and you are welcome to bring your boat and use the dock or check with us for the availability of renting a pontoon for the duration of your stay. Nightly rate does not include pontoon. Dock available May - September, weather permitting. In the winter months, we are located directly on the hundreds of miles of groomed snowmobile trails. The entrance to the trails is right across our side yard and there is plenty of room to park your trailer. The private yard is large and level with a bonfire pit next to the lake. Inside, there is a great room with a gas fireplace and cozy seating, a nice size kitchen stocked with all the essentials. There are three bedrooms, one with a king bed, one with a queen bed, and the third with a queen bed and bunk beds for a comfortable night's rest. Also, the 3 season porch gets continual 5 star reviews for its views and comfort. Great restaurants and shopping are just minutes away in Crosslake. If you want more of a city feel, Brainerd is within a half hour drive with great towns like Pequot Lakes and Nisswa along the way! This comfortable cabin makes for a great family or friends getaway any time of the year! Wonderful getaway!

We stayed with our family and absolutely loved everything about this cabin and property! The location is perfect, providing privacy and a large backyard for playing games and campfires. The fishing was great, and our kids loved swimming in the lake!

The perfect cabin

We had a fabulous time relaxing, canoeing, adventuring. Such a nice kitchen, and the porch is amazing for when the bugs might be too bad for the patio. Our time couldn’t have been better.

This was our second stay with Lynne at the lake house and we couldn't be happier! The place is well stocked with everything you need, very clean, and perfect for a family getaway. We spent our time at the lake swimming, paddle boating, and relaxing in the sun. Both indoor and outdoor spaces are perfect for our large family and communication with Lynne is a breeze. Incredible Property, Absolutely Loved It!

We have stayed at numerous VRBO properties in northern MN but this was our favorite one! Location is perfect, remote and private yet close to towns, saw a lot of wildlife each day, beautiful lake, large yard, and the cabin itself is very clean and updated, just perfect! We plan on staying here again in the future, owners are great people too!

Cross Lake retreat

This is our fifth time staying at this property. It is great for our dog and the lake is nice and clear with a sandy bottom. Lake level was up so no beach this year but still a great stay and location.

Perfect getaway cabin

This was a great stay for my family and I, including 4 adults and 3 kids. The property was perfect size, large back for the kids to run around, comfortable beds, and everything you need for a week's getaway. Great getaway for the family to sit back, relax and have some quiet time away. Very peaceful lake retreat that was in excellent condition and one of the best stocked VRBO houses we’ve stayed at. Peaceful retreat

This is our fifth stay at the lake house. We only brought our personal items and food. Everything else was provided. It was a little cooler this trip so we really enjoyed the fireplace. Our dog loved sitting on the dock just taking in the views. He also loved swimming in the lake. We’ll be back for our sixth stay.
