We’ve lovingly named our home Channel Breeze, to celebrate the peaceful location on the channel that leads to beautiful Pelican Lake in Breezy Point. Our cozy home is fully furnished for maximum comfort and relaxation during your stay exploring northern Minnesota. Easily navigate the channel with a boat, pontoon, kayak or canoe and experience some of the area’s best fishing, boating and other water activities. Set in a friendly and safe neighborhood with paved walking path, a short walk to the public beach, Breezy Point resort for dining and golfing, and nearby gas station with convenience and hardware stores. Expanded driveway provides ample parking space for guests and a camper. A short drive takes you to great restaurants (fine and casual dining), breweries, shopping and hiking in Pequot Lakes, Crosslake, Nisswa, Jenkins and more. Plenty of space to relax in the living room or four seasons porch, and a yard with a firepit and space for yard games, or simply enjoy the calm and beauty of this special property. Pontoon-style paddleboat provides a fun and relaxing way to navigate the channel and lake.

Due to the STR licensing regulations for the Crow Wing County, MN, the Four Season Porch is listed as the fourth bedroom; this allows the cabin to sleep up to 8 ppl.
INDOOR LIVING: Kitchen island, dining table for 6, Smart TV, gas fireplace

OUTDOOR LIVING: Large yard, dock patio, gas grill (propane provided), firepit, outdoor seating

KITCHEN: Fully stocked kitchen, fridge, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker (drip), toaster, crockpot, trash bags

GENERAL: Free WiFi, washer/dryer, linens/towels, ceiling fans, central heating & A/C, complimentary body wash/shampoo, hangers, hair dryer, curling iron. The front door keyless entry allows for contactless check-in and check-out. Outdoor security camera for safety.

PARKING: Driveway with expansion for six vehicles or four vehicles plus camper. NO street parking.

PETS: Dog friendly with small fenced in area outside for easy kenneling. Maximum two dogs. Pick up doggy waste (supplies provided); no barking and watch for traffic. No cats.

WATER ACCESS/BOAT: Boat rental not available. Boat launch public access nearby on Pelican Lake (2 miles). May bring own boat/pontoon or watercraft (must be 25 ft or less). Property is on Channel; lake access is no wake zone/shallow channel. 32-foot dock available for boat tie up. A 4-person pontoon-style paddle boat is available; MUST be covered when not in use. Generic Life Jackets provided; if the guest requires something special, they can bring their own.
