Your serene escape - Modern, cozy, and close to the beach.


Wake up and enjoy your morning coffee by the pool while gazing upon the peaceful canal and basking in the warm Florida sun. If that doesn't sound good enough, the beach is only a 15 minute drive from your cozy getaway.

The house harbors laminate flooring throughout, with all new modern furniture. Our 3 bedrooms can easily accommodate an entire family. Our two full baths means that there won't be any fighting over shower time. The property is equipped with 3 flat screen TVs. Our breakfast nook has a nice pool/canal view with just the right amount of sun in the morning. The den area is perfect for hanging out at any time during the day. Our dining room table comfortably seats 6, and our kitchen is stocked with everything you need. The barbecue outside is perfect for grilling up vegetables, meats or even ribs. If you don't feel like cooking, there is an array of good restaurants around.

What is there to do?

Besides the obvious beach outing, there is plenty of golf to be played. Our home is surrounded by 5 golf courses. If golf isn't your thing, you can take a leisurely stroll around the friendly neighborhood and enjoy all the wildlife or just relax and observe it from the backyard. If the kids are itching for more entertainment, Disney World is an approximate 2 hour drive. Want to head over to the white sand beach of Clearwater? That's a little less than two hours as well. Rotonda West, is situated in the heart of it all with plenty to do.

At the end of the day, you can cozy up on our patio outside and wind down with a good book and a glass of wine or take a late night dip in the pool, screened with insects mesh to keep them away.

We had a lovely stay at this property. Our host Narcisa was a pleasure to work with and was always available right away when we needed her. We really enjoyed the heated pool and the hot tub while there, and the host left a complimentary bottle of wine for us which I thought was a very nice touch. The home was very clean, which is something I am very particular about, and I was very comfortable and pleased with the cleanliness of this home. We enjoyed our stay so much that we are already talking about going back at a future date.

Amazing vacation home

This property was perfect for our family vacation. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. It was a great location close to many beaches where we found lots of shark teeth and shells. Get away with daughter and grandson

We have stayed in this area before and were very pleased with this property. We went to the different beaches and ate at many of our favorite places. My grandson improved his swimming skills. We all loved sitting on the dock by the canal. Great place and location.

The kitchen was really very well appointed, better than any other place that we've rented. So for those who cook a lot-which we did, it was great. The house itself is great-has everything you need and then some. The host was also great to work with. Would stay again if need to be in that area.

The home is a 10 out of 10. The pictures are an understatement. The cleanliness was exceptional. Our favorite area was the pool area. The owner has thought of everything that you'll need. The beach is close by, a grocery store, and local restaurants are close. We found a great ice cream store Insane Conez!! It is a must. We will return. The owner responds quickly if you need her. You won't regret staying there. We had an amazing time.

A great place to stay

To start with, the host was fantastic!! She could not have been nicer. She checked in a couple of times during our two week stay. Always making sure everything was okay and checking to see if we needed anything. Do not hesitate to stay here. Beautiful area and the restaurants were all amazing. The only downfall was that some of the beaches were still closed due to the hurricane. We loved our stay and hope to return next spring. Thanks again to our wonderful host!

Wonderful vacation

The home was very lovely and well stocked with anything you could possibly need. We really enjoyed the patio and the pool. The host was wonderful, responded immediately to any question we had. But there weren't many because everything was exceptional. Plenty of restaurants and two beautiful beaches within minutes of the home. Looking forward to returning again.

Great, quiet location close to lots

My husband, three teens and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house is peaceful to come “home” to after golfing and visiting beautiful beaches. The heated pool and hot tub were wonderful and the canal was fun to watch for wildlife. The home is stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, and we played a lot of ping pong in the garage. We also used the blow up volleyball net in the pool for a few games. Would recommend staying here for sure!

Perfect family getaway!

The house was very clean and had literally everything you needed. Everything was labeled like lightswitches and it made it very easy to navigate an unfamiliar home. My children loved the pool and the house is close to beaches, restaurants, and grocery stores. Narcisa was very attentive and kind and responded quickly to messages. Quiet Florida Get-Away

We totally recommend this property and owner to people wanting a nice quiet place to stay not far from the beach on Don Pedro Island. Rotonda West is near the town of Englewood which is quiet/ not crowded at all. Traffic is light. 45-50 min to University Mall in Sarasota. The heated pool and hot tub were amazing!

Always is difficult to return back home from this place to the daily routine after spending few days at this property.
