Vacation Rental with private swimming pool and large garden on the hills of Lucca.
A beautiful panoramic garden with a pool reserved for the use of the seven apartments offers guests the chance to relax and enjoy the outdoor space, along with a furnished area with a pergola and a barbecue corner.
The property lies in Gualdo, a charming village upon the hills of Lucca dating back to the 1400’s. Within the town, visitors will find a quiet atmosphere. Along with a church, at the town’s main square there is also a restaurant where visitors can enjoy dining al fresco during the summer period. Not far from the area is the beautiful Versilia zone, the Apuan Alps and the historical cities Lucca and Pisa.

Available to guests: Furnished garden with gas barbecue, small tables and chairs, swimming pool shared amongst the property’s apartments (12 x 6 m – minimum depth 1.2 m – maximum depth 1.5 m). Washing machine (free to use) located in a communal room.
There is free Wi-Fi in certain communal areas of the property.

Traumhafter Ort, Wohnung mit Luft nach oben

Bei der Ankunft hatten wir noch die Bilder der Webseite im Kopf, mussten aber erkennen, dass diese sehr geschickt gemacht wurden. Sie zeigten nicht, dass die Wohnung - altes Haus mit Charme hin oder her - dringend renoviert werden muss. Es gab keine funktionierende Kaffeemaschine, nur ein Messer, der Fußboden war schmierig, die ehemals einfarbigen Wände waren teilweise nachgestrichen, Dusche mit Kalkablagerungen und ein Geruch Richtung Muffig, dazu nicht einwandfrei saubere Bettwäsche. Der Pool und die Location waren dagegen sehr schön, Ruhe pur. Die Ansprechpartner waren auch bemüht, konnten die Mängel aber auch nicht abstellen. Wir haben aufgrund von Beschwerden dann eine etwas bessere Wohnung bekommen. Das örtliche Lokal ist sehr schön, hat aber nicht jeden Tag geöffnet. So musste man ohne die Küchenausstattung jeden Tag die sehr engen Straßen ins Tal fahren und sich dort etwas suchen. Parkplatz ist nicht an der Wohnung, man muss die Koffer knapp 100m tragen. Weil der Ort eigentlich sehr hübsch war, war der Urlaub dann doch schön. Das lag aber nicht an der Wohnung.

Super angenehmen Aufenthalt gehabt! :) der Pool war direkt vor der Haustüre (wortwörtlich) und die Lage in den Bergen war super um nachts runterzukühlen. Das Restaurant ein paar Meter von dem Haus entfernt macht super leckeres Essen. Zusammen mit dem "Bilderbuch" Ausblick ist es ein sehr schönes Erlebnis. Zum Strand sind es ca 25 min, nach Lucca ca 30 min und nach Pisa ca 40 min. Es ist übrigens sehr hilfreich Italienisch sprechen zu können in dem kleinen Örtchen Gualdo, ansonsten geht es auch mit Händen und Füßen wie bei uns ;) Luigi, der herzlich freundliche Nachbar, hilft gerne in allem! :) Alles in allem: Sehr gerne wieder!
