You'll love it due to the spacious yet cozy living area, fully stocked kitchen and laundry room to include a deep freezer for your catch of the day, 3 adorable bedrooms, dining room table that seats 6, large sectional couch, Wi-Fi, flat screen TVs, covered carport, and yard with grill and outdoor seating!! It's perfect for couples, business travelers, families, and groups!! Wheelchair accessible.

The house is located a short distance from the local schools, playgrounds, grocery store, gas station, museums, hospital, rock wall, pool, shops, restaurants, the Small Boat Harbor and more!!!

A great place to spend quality time with Friends

The house was such a wonderful and comforting place to return to at the end of a day exploring Valdez with friends. Having such a well appointed kitchen allowed us to eat breakfasts together and when we were worn out after a long day, we could come back and rest on the cozy couch or play board games at the large dining table.
