Located within walking distance to Town and Old Town Valdez, hidden within the treeline of Mineral Creek Loop Road. Amentities include: 2 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, large living room with a large TV all fully furnished. Home office equipped with fiber optic internet. Kitchen is fully equipped and ready to fix your catch of the day, large laundry/mud room, even has another stove/oven, sink and large freezer. The back porch has the perfect view to watch the sunset and there is also an outdoor firepit in the back yard.

This was the second time we have stayed here, it was clean, quiet and the hospitality was great. My kids had fun playing outside in the snow, there is plenty of room to just hang out and relax.

The hosts were both very welcoming, and quickly responded anytime we had a question. The property was in great shape, and was very easy to settle in. One thing that stood out to me is that in addition to providing the usual basic coffee supplies, they left all the non-perishable foods that previous guests left on check-out. It was really nice to not have to buy lots of supplies, where we only needed a small amount for the entire stay. It made me feel really good about leaving our 'extras' knowing that they could/would be available and used by future guests.
