Connected to the outside and attached to the main house we find an independent studio with air conditioning, kitchen, living room, bathroom with shower and bedroom with two single beds.

La piscina y los aires acondicionados en habitaciones y salon. El mantenimiento de los exteriores , poca luz para poder estar en la terraza por la noche y las cosas rotas que no funcionan .quitarlas. Y poner alguna cucharilla más , solo había 3.

Wie immer eine hervorragende Betreuung durch Villaz Guzman . Sauber , ordentlich. Gärtner nur schicken, wenn kein Gast da ist. War dann doch störend, da diese den ganzen Tag da waren und zum Schluss auch noch Insektizid gespritzt haben. Wenn ich das gewusst hätte, hätte ich nicht zugestimmt.

Très bien

Notre séjour s’est très bien passé, la maison est bien située, de taille correcte pour 6 adultes, bien équipée, très bonne literie avec des lits 1 personne dans toutes les chambres. La climatisation dans les chambres est appréciable et très silencieuse. Quelques petites tout de même pour améliorer le quotidien : Le jardin n’était pas fait, présence de mauvaises herbes hautes un peu partout. La table de jardin est vraiment trop petite pour 6 personnes, Il manque un parasol pour s’abriter du soleil pour manger et se prélasser sur les transats. Il n’y a que 4 transats donc insuffisant pour 6 adultes. L’important vis-à-vis avec la maison voisine sur la piscine pourrait être caché avec de la végétation. Mais dans l’ensemble, nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

- parkeerplaats op het pand enkel geschikt voor zeer kleine wagens - inrij te smal - onze wagen moest op straat blijven staan - douche in een van de badkamers liep niet door - wel hersteld tijdens ons verblijf - ondanks dat ons een wekelijkse poetsbeurt van het zwembad werd beloofd is het slechts eenmaal gereinigd tijdens de 6 weken dat wij er waren en dan nog op onze aanvraag - buitendouche aan het zwembad was ronduit smerig en liep niet door - suggestie : stofzuiger voorzien in het huis - was niet aanwezig

Une belle villa bien placée

La villa est bien conçue, bien équipée et la petite dépendance permet de ne pas être les uns sur les autres. Même si la villa n'est pas au bord de la mer, celle-ci n'est qu'à 5 mn. Pour les marcheurs, de belles randonnées à 30 mn. Nous avons passés 3 semaines en janvier dans cette villa, avec un petit chien

Casa acogedora y limpia

La casa está en un entorno bonito, no muy lejos de Moraira pueblo. Estaba muy limpia y reformada en la parte interior. El servicio de la agencia es Muy bueno.
