It has 2 bedrooms, one double , travel cot or foldup on request, one 2 single/ziplock double. Ideal for couples or families.
A well equipped kitchen including coffee machine, wine glasses and dinner service, washing machine, fridge, freezer, microwave, electric oven, iron, and ironing board.
Dining area, high chair on request.
Garden with lawn, seating and BBQ.
Comfortable lounge with flat sceen T.V with premium film and TV channels, DVD player with assorted DVDs., games.
The bathroom has a over bath shower, towels, toiletries, hairdryer. Beach towels are provided
Welcome house is situated in the beautiful town of Lossiemouth on the Moray Firth. Across the road from Hillocks, Ramsey MacDonald's house. Here we have two stunning beaches, east beach with sand dunes backing onto the River Lossie, west beach stretching for three miles with a lighthouse.
On The Whisky Trail and Castle Trail.
There are plenty of activities available, two golf courses, fishing, surfing, lessons available, plane spotting, horseback riding, boat rides to go spotting whales and dolphins.
Parks, tennis courts and public swimming bath.
The town is array with shops, bars, restaurants selling local seafood, ice cream parlours, supermarkets, local butcher, bakery, brewery, takeaways.

Great location - can walk to grocery store, bakeries and restaurants. Can walk to beautiful sandy beach. House was well equipped with all necessary amenities. Owners provided a nice welcome basket. They were very easy to contact and very attentive to our needs.

Spotlessly clean, everything you could ask for including a lovely welcome basket. the kitchen had every gadget! There was even beach towels and buckets and spades. The garden was lovely to sit out in and the bed super comfy.

Welcome house is the right title. A cosy, very well stuffed acomodation. Everything was fine Hosts very friendly and ready for help immediately, very attentive, but only when we needed them - very good. Nice little garden, good to sit at the table or on the bench. Could wach a few days 3 seagull chicks grow up on the neighbor's roof. And visited a lot of Speyside distilleries and some Castles and Ruins.

The property is absolutely beautiful. Everything about our stay was just wonderful. The house is super clean. The kitchen has everything you need. A lovely little welcome pack thank you, Loved the garden. We were very lucky with the weather and has a nice sun trap. The Tv is great, a lot of rental properties have a pockie little one but this bungalow had such a decent sized TV. I was with my elderly mum and the walk down to the beach is just 5 mins and flat which was perfect for her. Lossiemouth is a lovely little town. Would highly recommend. Thank you so much for a lovely stay

Excellent stay

We booked this bungalow as it was near where we lived previously and we wanted to visit family for Christmas. The accommodation was very comfortable, the bed excellent for a good nights sleep. Extensively equipped down to towelling robes and slippers, plus everything you could want such as an apron, torch, games, DVDs books etc and an amazing welcome pack. Nicely decorated for Christmas too!! Would recommend.

We loved the bungalow as soon as we entered. it has a lovely warm atmosphere. only 3 mins to the sea. The esplanade is just a little further along.
