The apartment is absolutely superb with everything you need for an excellent ski holiday. Right on a blue piste direct to the lift, very comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, cosy seating area and even heated boot warmers right in the apartment. We couldn’t have wished for more! Superb Apartment

A fantastic week in Les Arcs. The apartment is one of the best we’ve ever stayed in. Well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, plenty of space, good selection of games, and ideal ski-in ski-out location. I have nothing but praise for this excellent listing.

Perfect location, great apartment

You can get a better location. Step out the balcony door onto the piste.The apartment has a spacious lounge, well equipped kitchen and lovely dining area. The bedrooms are compact, with comfy beds. The showers are awesome.Would not hesitate to book again.

New Years Skiing Week

We had a fabulous stay at Chalet Du Golf. A lovely 3 bedroom ground floor apartment big enough for 3 couples with the best access to the slopes we have ever experienced. Ski in and out with ease. Skis and boot cupboard right in the apartment made for easy beginning and end of the skiing day.

First class property - just excellent

This apartment is absolutely fantastic. It is just as listed - in fact better!! We were a family of 5 adults - which it more than accommodated. It was really well equipped. Three lovely bedrooms Two modern bathrooms. A very well equipped kitchen & the bonus of a washing machine. It is ski in / ski out. The balcony in the April sunshine was simply stunning. We loved being out of town & using the DAHU chair was no problem to get in & out of town. We did a click & collect shop at the Super U enroute & the transfer company stopped for us. The property owner is very responsive to questions & comes back to you with very quickly with answers I would thoroughly recommend this property to others - in fact I already have !

Fantastic ski apartment

This is the best located ski in, ski out apartment that we have stayed in and this was our 11th ski holiday. The apartment also has a sunny veranda and has some of the best facilities we’ve ever experienced. The apartment contains a washing machine, kettle, built in ski and boot cupboards, an oven (yup - an actual fan assisted oven), a rainforest shower (in the en-suite) and lovely sized rooms. The apartment is fitted out to a high standard too. Our only criticism is that it wasn’t the easiest to find particularly once we were in the actual Arc 1800 resort and we could have done with slightly more detailed instructions - with some landmarks to help guide us perhaps. The skiing is fabulous and the apartment is situated on a gentle blue run. The gondola lift that goes to Les Arc 1800 village is really close and easy to access. The underground parking is a lovely extra and all of our communication with the host was well received and well responded to. We would thoroughly recommend this apartment.

Fantastic Apartment in Prime Position

We were in the apartment during the UK half term in February 2022. The apartment is fantastic for a family or group of friends. We were a family of four and a friend. The apartment offered space and comfort for all and it is right on the slopes. We were so pleased when we arrived and saw the position of the apartment. The bedrooms are very comfortable, the lounge is big and the kitchen was well equipped. we wanted for nothing. For skiing the location is excellent. You can get to the Carrely lift within 2 minutes of leaving the apartment and that gives you access to the whole mountain, no need to ski to the bottom of the resort and join the masses waiting for the other lifts. If you have learners that have lessons there is a slope right outside the terrace that is an easy and gentle ski to the bottom following a road. The ski and boot cupboard were a bonus. There is also the DAHU lift that links the main area of 1800 with the apartments up the hill, this apartment is less than 100m from the DAHU car. Good for non skiers or if you need to get into the main area without ski's/boards. The DAHU runs from round 8am until round 11pm. We received a huge dump of snow on the second day of our week and the conditions were ridiculously good. lots of scope to enjoy the mountain, you have the slopes on the Arc 1800, 1600 and Villandry on the same side of the mountain and lifts over the arête to the bowl at Arc 2000. lot's to explore on piste and pretty open terrain off piste that seemed pretty safe - at least the areas we did. We wer a mix of skiers and snowboarders and it was great for both. Previous trips in France have been to Alpe d'Huez and our opinion is this was more fun with tree lined slopes and a variety of terrain. Lifts can get very busy at morning and post lunch times, advice is to get up high early and stay up for lunch as the slopes at altitude are less busy. The apartment topped off a great week for us and the parking undercover is a bonus. Stunning.

Ideal location, best I’ve had in 25 years of ski holidays! Internal ski locker and boot warmer, then skis on at the back gate and down to Carelley or TransArc lifts in a minute. Next to the town lift that takes you to the centre of Arc 1800 in 3 mins. The bedrooms are small and one is fully internal but the living room makes up for it - plenty of space to all eat and relax together with a great view. Restaurants in Arc 1800 are fairly terrible so bring your own food! Underground parking is great but you can also park for free in the general lot for the apartments. Would definitely return!

Grand appartement avec une grande pièce à vivre et surtout de quoi asseoir jusqu’à 10 personnes sur des vrais fauteuils/canapes/pouf et non pas des chaises de cuisine, et de quoi manger jusqu’à 10 personnes aussi bien à l’extérieur qu’à l’intérieur . L’accès à l’extérieur permet aux enfants de jouer dehors facilement ! Les remontées sont à 1 minute du logement à pied et sinon la descente se fait en 5 minutes au centre de la station. Top de pouvoir profiter de la piscine hammam sauna juste à côté de l’hébergement. Parking extérieur très facile. Super séjour grâce à ce super appartement ! Seul petit inconvénient s’il ne devait y en avoir qu’un : petit lave-vaisselle donc avec beaucoup de personnes à table, ça fait presque 2 laves vaisselle par repas , mais ça fait aussi beaucoup de mains pour le vider et le remplir :-) De grands espaces de rangements dans chaque pièce et pour ceux qui en profitent l’hiver énorme placard spécial rangement ski et chaussures avec sèche chaussure ) Cuisine très bien équipée et avec poêles casseroles en parfait état Une petit supermarché à 2 minutes à pied qui fait le pain le matin. Loueur de vtt à 2 min également et resto/ glace à 2 min sur la place en haut. À proximité 5 min à pied d’une aire de jeux pour enfant et de bike Park, trottinette Park juste derrière le golf ! À louer les yeux fermés tout est réuni pour un super séjour !

nous avions déjà loué cet appt il y a 15 ans mais depuis il a été transformé avec une cuisine moderne et très complète;2 belles salles de bain ; casier à skis et chauffe chaussures dans l'appt .grande terrasse avec un portillon qui donne directement sur la piste ; situé à 50m du télécabine Le Dahu.Soleil tout la journée. tout est parfait. tout est parfait.

Bel endroit

L’appartement est très agréable, très bien équipé et très bien situé. Manque un peu de lumière car rdc et pas assez de lampes dans les chambres! La propriétaire n’est pas très serviable et s’agace rapidement quand on la contacte. Par ailleurs la relation très détériorée à la fin du séjour. Interlocuteurs de la société en charge du ménage très désagréable. Pas de créneau pour prendre la prestation ménage, nous faisons du coup nous mêmes le ménage à 5 pendant 2 h le samedi matin avant de partir et la propriétaire juge que ce n’est pas suffisant ! Elle nous facture 200 euros alors que le forfait ménage est de 120 euros sans notre accord, nous lui avons fait part de notre désapprobation mais elle a maintenu sa position. À ce prix de location (4 400 euros la semaine pour 7 personnes ) le ménage devrait être inclus pour éviter ce genre d’écueil ! Fin de séjour très désagréable ! Je ne recommande pas !!!

Madame, Je ne recommande pas de vous accueillir non plus. C'est la première fois, depuis que je loue cet appartement, que je rencontre un souci de communication entrainant une dégradation des relations. Vous ne vous êtes pas donnée la peine de lire les informations que je vous ai fait parvenir dès que vous avez payé le solde de la location en retard après relance ! Puis se sont succédé une kyrielle de questions dont les réponses se trouvaient, soit dans l'annonce, soit dans la documentation fournie. Ces questions ne sont jamais restées sans réponse. Vous êtes arrivées plus tôt (10h au lieu de 15h) sans demander l'accord de la conciergerie comme je vous l'avais expressément demandé dans nos échanges de mail. Vous êtes rentrée dans l'appartement alors que le prestataire du ménage n'avait pas terminé. Et en fin de séjour, vous êtes repassée l'après-midi pour récupérer les clefs afin de dévalider le ticket de parking, ayant passé la journée en station. Là encore les information étaient fournies dans la documentation et vous auriez su que le badge était dans l'appartement. J'ai donc été contactée à plusieurs reprises par le prestataire de service, dès le jour de votre arrivée jusqu'au dernier jour. Ce qui ne s'était jamais produit depuis 10 ans. N'étant pas sur place, ce n'est pas moi qui ai jugée que le ménage n'était pas satisfaisant mais le prestataire de service qui prend soin de cet appartement depuis de nombreuses années. Je vous ai facturé ce qui m'a été facturé par le prestataire de service en sus de sa prestation. Mon prestataire de service s'est plaint à chaque fois du fait que vous avez été désagréable car vous n'obteniez pas ce que vous vouliez. Pour le ménage, par exemple, il était mentionné dans mes mails que vous deviez réserver le ménage au moins 2 semaines avant votre arrivée et non le jeudi pour le samedi. Je vous l'avais rappelé par mail la veille de votre arrivée, vous auriez pu les contacter immédiatement. Il suffisait comme à chaque fois de respecter les recommandations. Néanmoins je suis ravie que vous ayez pu passer un bon séjour comme vous me l'avez écrit dans votre SMS lorsque je vous ai demandé si votre départ de la station s'était bien passé. Je vous remercie pour les conseils d'organisation que je devrais suivre selon vous ! Peut-être n'avez vous pas tous les éléments !

Appartement parfait et idéalement situé

Logement spacieux avec un exceptionnel ensoleillement tout au long de la journée! Son emplacement et l’accès direct à la piste permettent de se sentir comme dans un chalet ( le casier à ski à l’intérieur est un plus !) On peut si on le souhaite ne pas croiser les autres résidents. La litterie est très confortable, et il y a de nombreux rangements dans les chambres et dans le couloir. La cuisine et l’espace table sont bien aménagés. Et le salon est très grand permettant à toute la famille de se retrouver. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement qui a plu à tous! Et qui permet à chacun d’avoir son espace. Nous avons aussi pu profiter des avantages de la résidence : piscine/ salle de sport et les commandes de viennoiseries et pains tous les matins! Le skiset et les restaurants à proximité ajoutent un confort supplémentaire. La place de parking ainsi que l’accès sont aisés. Un grand merci à la propriétaire qui est d’une grande réactivité et qui apporte toutes les réponses aux petites questions existentielles 😂 Nous espérons avoir le bonheur de pouvoir revenir dans cet appartement pour d’autres vacances et pourquoi pas l’été !

Un séjour au top aux Arcs

Très belle location avec un niveau de qualité au top. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette location qui a vraiment tout l'équipement nécessaire, un emplacement de choix et une terrasse magnifiques pour profiter des couchers de soleil. à ne pas rater

We live in the Paris region. We love the mountain. Our son could ski before he could walk, and we golf every three days.

Why they chose this property

We fell in love with this apartment and bought it right away!
Not overlooked. Sunny all day long. Enjoy the Arc 1800 slopes as if you are living in the chalet!

What makes this property unique

In the summer, we go golfing 200 m away with our bags, our son is very independent and spends his time at the Sports Club.
In the winter, skiers can put on and remove their skis in front of the balcony.
You can easily return for lunch.
Non-skiers will not feel left out; they can enjoy the sun, watch the skiers on the slopes, walk along the paths, and browse the resort's boutiques.
Ski rental, restaurants, bar on site.
For your shopping convenience, a minimarket delivers directly to the apartment.
Covered swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath in the apartment building/
Wellness Centre (there is a fee for this service and reservations are required)
