Fully exposed to the south called the sun farm.

Fantactic place for stay in beautibul Italy.

Augusto is a great host. He explained and showed all the details of how to best spend time in his home and the area. He also ofer his local products and on frudge was fresh fruits and drinks after long trip it made us happy. I recommend this house and I will definitely go back there. Highly recommended.

Perfect everything

We were at Augusto's house for the second time and, as before, everything was prepared great. We also met Augusto's wife - Anna and we spent the whole day together (first in the olive factory, then in the town, where Augusto and Anna accompanied us at the entrance to the tower with a beautiful view, we also visited a small but beautiful and charming theater. The day ended with a dinner for which we stayed invited and all the protests served were delicious. Augusto and Anna are like our family and even communicating using Google translator was completely hassle-free. We hope to welcome Augusto and Anna in Gdańsk and return to Petritola again, Thank you very much

Sweet, spacious house, fantastic view

The pictures fully show how the house is inside but doesn't do justice to the nice outside terrace/garden/balcony with a vast view overlooking the hills and mountains from almost every window. The house has everything one needs with a very well equipped kitchen (with dishwasher) for those wanting to cook. The house is somewhat old-fashioned in style but this is adequately reflected in the fotos on the website, however the furniture etc is of good quality. There are some of the owners belongings - notably clothes - which are also in some of the wardrobes, but there is more than enough space given for the guests to store there own things. Wifi works perfectly, television channels less so but no real loss. The only thing which could slightly be improved upon is the mattress - this we found to be a bit uncomfortable (but not terribly so). A topper would do the trick, and stronger bulbs in the bedside lamps would be good. A nice plus was sun all day at one or other of the sides of the house, with nice plants. There is more than enough parking space. Augusto and his wife were very hospitable, it was a great stay and we would definitely book this house again if in the area.

Soggiorno con amici tra le colline marchigiane

La casa è ampia e fornita di ogni necessità. Meraviglioso lo spazio esterno dove fare colazioni con una vista incantevole. La disponibilità dei proprietari è qualcosa di incredibile. Non ci era mai capitato nulla di simile: ogni giorno ci sono arrivati consigli e indicazioni su posti da vedere, mete enogastronomia da non mancare. Se disposti a spostarsi un pò, meta consigliatissima!!!

Una vacanza nella bellezza di un territorio poco conosciuto.

Siamo tornati per la 2 volta in questa comoda ed accogliente casa. Il sig Augusto e consorte, ci hanno accolto con professionalità e disponibilità, così come la prima volta.le informazioni e i suggerimenti che ci sono stati dati ci hanno fatto scoprire delle bellezze naturali inaspettate. L'ubicazione della casa permette con brevi spostamenti di raggiungere il mare, i monti Sibillini e svariati borghi e città da scoprire. Non ultimo i suggerimenti eno gastronomici e le piacevolissime serate sulla terrazza con vista sulla val d'Aso.

Siamo stati accolti dai proprietari con molta disponibilità e attenzione, mettendoci a nostro agio.

La casa è spaziosa e dotata di tutte le comodità. Ubicata all'inizio del paese con una splendida vista panoramica sulla val d'Aso e i monti Sibillini. A pochi km dal mare, da diversi borghi medievali e siti archeologici Romani. I suggerimenti del sig Augusto sono stati molto apprezzati, in particolare quelli legati all'enogastronomia, permettendoci di andare alla scoperta dei sapori di una volta. Non ultima la pace e la tranquillità.

Fantastic again

Piccolo angolo di paradiso

Abbiamo viaggiato io, mio marito, i nostri due figli adolescenti e il nostro cagnolino Tobia, da subito ci siamo accorti in che borgo meraviglioso era situata la casa, posta sul fianco di una collina, immersa nel verde e nei fiori. I nostri host sono stati gentilissimi e disponibili, hanno riempito il frigo e ci hanno lasciato la libertà di usare ogni angolo della casa e della proprietà anche con il cane. Un grazie speciale al sig. AUGUSTO e a sua moglie che ci hanno consigliato sui posti da vedere. La casa è un piccolo angolo di paradiso posta in posizione strategica che ci ha permesso di vedere una grande varietà di paesaggi. Consigliatissima

soggiorno ai piedi di un bellissimo borgo

La casa è spaziosa e pulita. I propietari sono persone disponibili e simpatiche. Molto bella la vista su tutta la valle. Ottimo posto se si vuole visitare sia l'interno della regione che le spiaggie. Inoltre molto bello la sera la visita al comune di Petritoli che si può andare a piedi. E' un borgo antico veramente bello!

Sono felicissimo del Vostro gradimento, mi auguro che il prossimo anno ci sia modo di ripetere il soggiorno. Oltre che a due passi dalla costa si è anche a due passi dai sibillini, il punto ideale per la partenza di escursioni fantastiche!
