The apartment of approx. 80 is located in 1st row on the sea in Porto S. Giorgio (FM) -
Lungomare Gramsci, n. 465 - Marche, on the 1st floor with lift, in a building of only three floors, facing west, north and east. Condominium parking with assigned space.
The rent from the month of JUNE to 30 SEPTEMBER of each year is fortnightly or monthly: ARRIVAL 01 - DEPARTURE 16 / ARRIVAL 16 - DEPARTURE 30/31 - or 01-DEPARTURE 30/31. for the other months minimum booking N. 5 Nights.
Is composed by:
entrance from which, with a door, you enter the living room with single sofa bed, T.V., VCR and fridge-freezer;
kitchenette with window separated by sliding door, dishwasher, fan oven, microwave, equipped with crockery, cutlery, pots and everything you need for the kitchen
night part, entrance from which you pass: TWO double bedrooms, one of which can be converted into a double and a bathroom with hydromassage shower and washing machine.
From the living room and from the master bedroom there is access to a beautiful veranda with a wonderful sea view of about mt. 8 x 2, closed with sliding windows and curtains, equipped with table, chairs, sideboard, cabinet with ironing board, iron and drying rack.
For the summer all rooms are equipped with wall-mounted ceiling fans and can push the air both up and down.
The apartment has heating and independent entrance and is equipped with TWO bicycles for customers on request. Crossing the promenade you arrive on the beach where there are many bathing establishments with restaurant and free beaches. From October until 30 May, the bills for LIGHT and GAS are paid separately.
Nearby: supermarket and shopping center, fish shop, pharmacy, McDoland's, many fish and meat restaurants, pizzerias, takeaways with takeaway food.

Wohnung mit Blick auf Hafen & Strand

Nette, voll ausgestattete Wohnung im ersten Stock am Ende der Strandpromenade von Porto San Giorgio. Schöner Blick vom Balkon auf Hafen und Strand. Der Parkplatz auf dem Hof ist leider etwas eng.

Die Wohnung ist ungepflegt, die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig, unzureichend gereinigt. Schimmel im Bereich der Fugen in der Dusche. Fenster waren verschmutzt, die Rahmen der Schiebeelemente/Veranda waren voller Dreck! Das Mobilar ist alt. Muffiger Geruch in der gesamten Wohnung. Pluspunkt - die Aussicht auf den Strand und Hafen. Ist jedoch sehr laut, vorne die Straße und hinten Bahnlinie. Am meisten hat mich jedoch das ungepflegte Objekt gestört. Habe die Küche nur zum Kaffeekochen benutzt, Grundleitungsgeruch. Das Objekt ist nicht empfehlenswert.

Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, anche quelli che non ti aspetti (spugna per lavare i piatti nuova, burazzi puliti, presine pulite, lavastoviglie profumata). La casa è molto pulita, ben disposta e molto fresca. La signora Carla è una vera professionista, ci ha accolti calorosamente spiegandoci tutte le funzionalità della casa e lasciandoci tutte le informazioni possibili senza metterci nelle condizioni di dover passare all'ufficio turistico. La terrazza è il vero punto forte dell'appartamento. Oltre alla razionale disposizione dei vani abbastanza spaziosi ed alla completezza degli accessori, ci è subito piaciuto il grande terrazzo con vista mare anch'esso accessoriato e dotato di vetrate scorrevoli e tendaggi che permettono una buona vivibilità sia la mattino che di sera. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto confortevole anche perché l'appartamento si trova a pochi metri dalle spiagge e dai molti stabilimenti balneari ben attrezzati presenti sul lungomare. Inoltre nelle vicinanze vi sono negozi, supermercati, trattorie e ristoranti in grado di soddisfare ogni esigenza. Molto bene. Appartamento dotato di tutti i comfort, anche quelli che non ti aspetti (spugna per lavare i piatti nuova, burazzi puliti, presine pulite, lavastoviglie profumata). Vacanza rilassante di 10 giorni a Porto San Giorgio con una bimba di 3 mesi

Tutto come da descrizione, Carla è stata corretta e molto efficiente. Inoltre impagabile la comodità di avere a disposizione gratuitamente lettino da campeggio con riduttore neonati, vaschetta e fasciatoio, consentendoci di non doverli portare da casa. Posizione strategica per raggiungere spiaggia e centro comodamente a piedi. Si hanno a disposizione tutti i servizi necessari senza dover prendere la macchina. Da ritornarci.

L'appartamento è molto luminoso e corrisponde in ogni dettaglio alla descrizione riportata nell'annuncio. Al nostro arrivo la signora Carla ci ha accolto con molta cortesia e disponibilità facendoci visitare l'appartamento pulito e ben tenuto ed illustrandoci, con dovizia di particolari, il funzionamento dei vari servizi ed elettrodomestici in esso presenti. Oltre alla razionale disposizione dei vani abbastanza spaziosi ed alla completezza degli accessori, ci è subito piaciuto il grande terrazzo con vista mare anch'esso accessoriato e dotato di vetrate scorrevoli e tendaggi che permettono una buona vivibilità sia la mattino che di sera. Il nostro soggiorno è stato molto confortevole anche perché l'appartamento si trova a pochi metri dalle spiagge e dai molti stabilimenti balneari ben attrezzati presenti sul lungomare. Inoltre nelle vicinanze vi sono negozi, supermercati, trattorie e ristoranti in grado di soddisfare ogni esigenza.
