The Country House, ONLY 3 km. from the SEA, is composed of Mono, Bilo and Trilocali Apartments with Pool. Opening from 19 April 2019 to 31 October 2019. Medium and small pets are accepted with advance notice.

TWO-ROOM APARTMENT N. 3 for N. 2 - 4 guests - composed of: living room with double sofa bed separated by a curtain, fully equipped kitchenette, satellite TV, free WI FI internet, double bedroom, bathroom with shower, air conditioning , safe, large terrace (mt. 6 x 3.5) of relevance, wonderful SEA view, equipped with gazebo, table, chairs and deck chairs. Independent entrance. We provide bed linen and towels for € 10.00 per person and per change.
For guests it is available FREE: SWIMMING POOL, private parking, solarium, play corner, meeting room with T.V., barbecue, gazebo, laundry.
The property is located in the countryside on a hill overlooking the Riviera di Porto San Giorgio - Lido di Fermo, offering a wonderful sea view, reachable in ONLY 6 minutes by car. The beach is about 8 km with an equally promenade, equipped with bathing establishments with restaurant and free beach.
The historic cultural city of Fermo can be reached in 10 minutes by car.
The residence is surrounded by hills on which small, ancient villages rest. Here, inside the medieval walls, there are restaurants where you can taste the traditional recipes of the Piceno and its generous wines, also famous are the festivals.

Vacanza piacevole

Posto molto carino gestito con gentilezza e affabilità, a pochi minuti di macchina dal mare, ideale per chi cerca relax in mezzo alla natura. Il panorama che si gode è bellissimo, lo sguardo spazia tra mare, campi e Fermo in lontananza. Molto tranquillo, pulito e curato. La piscina è piccolina ma piacevole e pulita, arredamento semplice ma funzionale (ottimo materasso!). Gentilissimo il personale!

Sehr Sauber, tolle Lage, sehr freundliche Gastgeber, super für Familien mit Kindern geeignet

Das Ferienhaus bietet alles was man für einen erholsamen Urlaub benötigt. Mit unserem 1 1/2 Jährigen Sohn hatten wir eine wundervolle Woche in diesem schönen Ferienhaus erleben dürfen. Es wurde sogar ein Babybett bereitgestellt. Die Lage ist traumhaft an einem Hügel angelegt, mit super Ausblick auf die Stadt Fermo und das Meer. Zum Meer sind es ca. 5-10Minuten mit dem Auto und Parkplätze sind auch genügend vorhanden. Das Ferienhaus hat einen super Pool, eine schöne Spielelandschaft für die kleinen und einen Grill der zur Benutzung bereit steht. Wir bedanken uns ganz herzlich für die tolle Gastfreundschaft und liebe Grüße an Sergio und hoffen das wir uns nächstes Jahr wieder sehen.
