Spacious and welcoming apartment on a hill overlooking the sea

The apartment is located on a hill, 1 and a half km from the splendid sea of Roseto degli Abruzzi, framed in the wonderful naturalistic oasis of the Borsacchio Reserve.

It is very welcoming and spacious (100 square meters) and can accommodate up to six people. Rates refer to a maximum of 4 (four) people.
It consists of two beautiful bedrooms, one double and the other with two single beds, both bedrooms have an external balcony from which you can admire our beautiful sea. A third bedroom is available for families with more than four people with a supplement.
There is also the dining room and kitchen, both with an external balcony overlooking the surrounding hills and the Gran Sasso with its wonderful sunsets.
Finally there are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower, in one of the bathrooms there is also a washing machine.
Inside the kitchen there are already dishes, glasses and cutlery and some cooking pots

NOTES TO THE RATES
They refer to a group of maximum 4 people, for each additional person the cost is 10 euros per night.
The apartment can accommodate up to 6 people.
They already include the costs of water, electricity and gas and a parking space inside the enclosure that surrounds the entire residence.
Linen for the bedroom and bathroom is also provided.
Rates do not include final cleaning: 30 euros with kitchenette to be paid by the customer.
REFUNDABLE DEPOSIT: 100 euros.
BEACH SERVICE (cost apart):
for those wishing you can book the umbrella plus a chair and two sun beds in a central row: 12 euros per day


CHECK-IN and CHECK-OUT HOURS OF THE APARTMENT
Check-in (client arrival): 17.30.
Check-out (departure time) by 10 am.

A 25% deposit is required, the rest in cash to be paid on arrival (other means of payment cannot be accepted).
