In the heart of the Sologne des Etangs, in the most emblematic landscapes of this region, Le Petit Verrière is a beautiful family house with a pool rented for 4 people.

Less than 25 km from the federal equestrian park of the French Equestrian Federation of Lamotte-Beuvron, 50km from the Châteaux of the Loire and the Beauval Zoo, and less than 20 km from the A71, it combines the advantages for all enthusiasts of sport, nature, culture and history.

Built in 1913 in the Art Nouveau style, the house was completely renovated in 2019 by its owners in an Arts & Crafts atmosphere. Nice volumes, living room and separate dining room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, it accommodates a family or a group of friends for stays and holidays of 6 days minimum.
The 9m x 5m heated pool is new and secure.
The wooded lot and the house, easily accessible by a country road, are part of a very large family property, guaranteeing a quality neighborhood.

Amazing gite with pool and huge garden

We had a wonderful week at this property, it is even better than the photos. Lots of space to spend time indoors and out, and an enormous enclosed garden which was perfect for our children to run around and play safely. The pool is heated and was great even when the weather wasn't warm and sunny! Beds were comfy, and bedrooms were very spacious. There is a small supermarket 5 minutes down the road and we enjoyed several day trips including Chambord Chateau and Beauval Zoo. We would definitely like to return especially when the children are older and can enjoy it even more!

We hebben hier een heerlijke week gehad. Het huis is prachtig, met behoud van authentieke sfeer, zonder zwaar of overladen te worden. De vele hoge ramen zorgen, ook op regenachtige dagen, voor veel licht, de trap naar de tuin een perfect plekje voor een koffie ‘s morgens. De tuin en het uitzicht zijn subliem. We zagen dagelijks herten in de aangrenzende velden en het ruime zwembad was, vooral bij de kinderen, een grote hit. Wat ons bijblijft is de rust die deze plek schenkt, je lijkt een beetje weg van de wereld, terwijl alles wat je nodig hebt echt niet ver is. Eigenlijk was een week te kort. We kunnen ons ook voorstellen dat het hier in andere seizoenen ook prachtig moet zijn. Warm aanbevolen voor wie even weg wil zijn van alles en houdt van authentieke charme in een prachtige setting.

Nous avons passé 15 jours enchanteurs dans cette région magnifique. La maison est très agréable à vivre et la décoration soignée. Nous avons bien profité de la magnifique piscine, très appréciable par cette chaleur. L'environnement est très calme, et les environs regorgent de visites à faire.

Nous avons passé une semaine délicieuse dans la très belle maison de M Schlegel. La maison elle-même dégage une ambiance folle à laquelle chaque objet-meuble-choix de couleur participe. L’environnement est idyllique entre les chevreuils du matin et du soir au fond des champs, les arbres immenses qui entourent la maison et la piscine agrémentée de sa petite maison-douche... nous nous languissons déjà... l’emplacement permet de belles escapades et le temps nous a être très clément. Les enfants étaient ravis-nous aussi. J’ajouterai enfin de manière plus pratique que la maison est très bien équipée.

Heerlijk vakantie

We hebben een heerlijke vakantie gehad. Heel goede bedden in iedere kamer. En de douche was erg fijn. Enige punt van aandacht is het meubilair in de woonkamer. De bank is zeer oncomfortabel en de twee fauteuils waren oud en roken niet fris. We hadden 2 wat mindere dagen qua weer en toen ging iedereen maar op zijn bed liggen om filmpje te kijken omdat de bank dus geen optie was. Dat is jammer. De keuken is aan de primitieve kant maar goed te doen voor simpele gerechten. Geen oven. Wel een lekker grote koelkast. Heerlijk wijds uitzicht met iedere ochtend reeën aan de bosrand. Er is een verrekijker aanwezig in huis om ze van dichtbij te bekijken.

Une pause en pleine nature

Nous avons passé une très belle semaine dans cette magnifique maison parfaitement rénovée et fonctionnelle. En pleine campagne, le lieu est très calme, avec un grand jardin offrant une belle vue sur les champs et les bois qui bordent la propriété. Le temps y passe vite notamment au bord de la piscine chauffée, on en oublie presque d'aller visiter Chambord et Cheverny.
