As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metres are estimates.
In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Terms and Conditions may apply.
Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking.
IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. Subject to a satisfactory property inspection.

Hemos estado en el apartamento del 1 al 10 de agosto de 2022. Relato la experiencia
- Recogida de llaves. Las instrucciones de recogida y la atención de la inmobiliaria que gestiona el apartamento perfectas. todo claro y no tuvimos ningún problema. muy atentos siempre y responden inmediatamente a todos los correos. MUY PROFESIONALES
- ubicación del apartamento. está situado a escasos 5 minutos andando de la playa de la luna .ojo, siempre y cuando esté abierto el parque por el que se llega. En otro caso hay que coger coche
-aparcamiento: en la propia urbanozación en frente de la casa . Perfecto
- es un bajo que da al jardín de la urbanización, al lado de las 2 piscinas. Ideal para familias. De lo mejor. Da el sol por la mañana y por la tarde sombra (se agradece). el piso por dentro está muy cuidado. con wifi. sábanas limpias. aire acondocionado. 2 habitaciones amplias. no hay ruido por la noche. se duerme genial
- jardines... de lo mejor... salir por la mañana y tomar el café en la terraza con vistas a la piscina, o por la noche. sin un ruido, un buen vino
- Piscinas...PERFECTAS. Con socorrista. sin mucha gente. agua perfecta
- PEGAS. Lo que no nos gustaron fuero 4 cosas:
1. limpieza de vajilla, vasos, etc... muy pobre. algunos incluso descartar su uso para cocinar.
2. la lavadora estaba rota y nos la cambiaron un día antes de irnos. Nos tendrían que devolver parte del importe que hemos pagado porque hemos contratado un servicio que no se nos ha dado. Además no nos dieron toallas de respuesto por lo que tuvimos que lavar a mano
3. tuvimos que desatascar el baño ya que se atascaba y olía mal. si que es cierto que nos anticipamos porque pasó un técnico al día siguiente a arreglarlo. Luego todo perfecto
4. cocina muy pequeña y hormigas en la cocina (pocas y muy pequeñas). Son poco molestas pero si te dejas la basura un día se puede llenar. la cocina da a un patio interior y entran por ahí.
consclusión: si el propietario tiene en cuenta atenser a los detalles para futuros inquilinos el piso es de 10. si no, es muy caro y se debería prestar atención a estas 4 cosas ya que afectan al bienestar en vacaciones.
Repetiría: sí, seguro (si mantienen precios, claro)

Nice place with kids
Place was really nice with kids. Lots of safe yard to run a round just by opening the door.
Please tell the owner to clean the place. Outhouse was terrifying with all that junk. Matters in the other bedroom was full of pee(?!) stains. Kitchen would also needand need more equipments to cook.

El menaje sin lavar la única mancha de las vacaciones
La ubicación y la tranquilidad. El rápido servicio de Suncoaster con la avería de la luz del baño.
Todos los vasos y platos estaban sucios. Podrían pedir al personal de limpieza que prestara atención al respecto.
Suncoasters were a great company to deal with very helpful and professional , just a few minor issues with cleanliness and condition of the apartment , however would still recommend the accommodation and suncoasters very enjoyable holiday thank you
