Bright south-facing 2-bedroom apartment near the beach

This bright and spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom first-floor apartment is ideally located just 400 meters from the beach, making it an excellent choice for families, couples or anyone looking for a relaxing beach holiday close to local amenities.



The apartment is comfortably furnished and features a bright, sunny lounge, along with two double bedrooms. Air conditioning and heating are provided throughout, ensuring a comfortable stay whatever the season.



Guests can also enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi and an internet-enabled TV with a selection of international channels.



The apartment is set within a well-maintained complex surrounded by extensive tropical gardens, with two attractive free-form swimming pools. The property is conveniently situated next to the smaller pool.



Swimming pool opening periods is usually from May to October.

With the beach just a short walk away and shops, restaurants and other amenities within easy walking distance, this apartment offers a convenient location for a relaxing Costa del Sol holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings.



Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).



Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
