Large living room with ornate fireplace with spectacular open views over the coast, TV with Android TV system for live TV and all the latest films.

Three large sized bedrooms with en-suite to the master with terrace access and fitted wardrobes in all bedrooms.

Terrace area and outside dining set is fully covered to give all year round use.

The apartment has the use of 3 swimming pools (2 adult pools and 1 children's pool) with showers and fully serviced toilet facilities.

A glass sided paddle tennis court is also on site for those fitness fanatics! (Bats and Balls provided with the apartment)

EL Soto (9 Hole - Par3) Golf club is a five minute walk away and is ideal for a warm up prior to going playing on one of many nearby courses. (club hire available)
The Clubhouse is a great retreat for a relaxing drink anytime of the day and offers an excellent breakfast, lunch and dinner menu at very reasonable prices.

Also nearby is the Kudu Bar Bistro which is perfect for a romantic night out, a celebration with friends and family or just to sample a few cocktails, glass of wine or just a nice cold beer!

The property was super clean. The beds, mattresses and pillows were super comfy. The sofas were comfy, tv was good. Parking was easy in an allocated parking in front of the flat.The view was very good. The host was very responsive. We love the location away and close to everything (our third time in La Mareina). One suggestion: add a lounge area on the terrace for book lovers.

Fantastic.

Comfortable, Clean, tidy and spacious with all necessary mod cons. Really is a HomeAway from home. Helpful info about local amenities, shops and attractions from the owner made things a lot easier. The pools, TV and Wi-Fi kept the kids amused. Great mix of people around the development, all well mannered and friendly. Plenty to do all within a 10 minute drive. We really enjoyed our stay.

The apartment is set in the hills just above Elviria in a secure gated community called El Vicario which is ideal for children of all ages.
A six or seven minute car ride takes you right down to the coastline for the beach lovers.
At the bottom of the hill you'll find a selection of shops, restaurants and bars along with a well stocked supermarket for all your essentials.
