This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom, ground-floor condo has been completely redone with your comfort in mind. All new furnishings, beds, linens, dishes and more.

Features include a screened-in porch complete with comfortable patio chairs. Located right outside your sliding doors, it's a peaceful spot for your morning coffee or afternoon reading.

Fully equipped kitchen with all new, modern appliances, dishes, glassware, cookware, etc. Everything from Keurig to blender!

All new, top quality beds and linens.

Primary bedroom with double closet, complete with ensuite (walk-in shower).

Second bedroom, also a queen size bed, has its own full bathroom, too.

Comfortable, large sofa, a very nice recliner, great reading lighting, and a 50" HD TV, along with internet, of course.

Dining set for 4 next to convenient pass-through to kitchen.

Refreshing, small, community pool for the 8 condos (pool is not heated).

Free use of washer and dryer in laundry room next to the pool.

One designated parking space per condo. Extra guest parking on first come/first available basis.

This condo is perfect for a couple or a small family, or even ideal for two couples sharing vacation time in sunny Sarasota.

Located just inland from Siesta Key, the condo is within walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. It's a few minute drive or bike ride to the key... or hop one of the free beach shuttle services.
Downtown Sarasota is only a 15-20 minute drive, as are many attractions... Selby Gardens, St. Armand's Circle, Mote Marine, Ringling Museum and numerous golf courses.

Great Condo!

My mother and I enjoyed our 4 night stay at this condo. The location was perfect. Only minutes away from the beaches and all the other attractions. Having beach chairs, towels and a cooler there was so convenient. We will for sure be back to this area and will recommend to anyone looking to visit Sarasota!

It is a perfect place in a perfect location! Very clean and neat. Only 2 blocks from the south bridge. Easy to get to the beach, restaurants, etc. Would definitely stay there again!

Best Vacation in a while!!

This was an amazing vacation place!!! Very clean and cute!! We would for sure stay here again!! We had some friends who invited us to this area because they have come here for years. The house is only about 3min drive away from them, so we thought this would be a great place to stay. It did not disappoint!! Thank you so much for allowing us to enjoy it for the week.

Sister trip

The condo was very very nice and clean and QUIET. It was a very relaxing time for my sister and I. If you’re looking for a place 2 steps from the beach, this is not it. From this place you have to get in the car to find most shops and beaches. I recommend Turtle Beach over Siesta Key Public beach. I would stay here again!! Thank you!!

Clean and Comfy!

The unit was spotless and had all the amenities we needed for a short vacation. Supplies for the beach (chairs, cooler, towels, and bag) was an added surprise! The pool is good sized and many days we were the only tenants in the water. Siesta Key is a short drive away....you could walk but it’s a long walk to haul your beach equipment.

The 20 minute walk to the beach over the bridge can be a long haul with beach gear, but we're fortunate to have the option of calling one of the many free (tips only) beach shuttle services such as Jonny's Free Beach Rides. Wonderful all the way around!

The condo was well appointed, immaculate, and the owner interactions were very professional. It is quite (although we must have had a quilter above us as we would hear the sewing machine throttle) and a perfect location. Walk to the beach is tough but that said the location is just over the drawbridge. Driving is easy peasy. The only issue was the very low performance of the WiFi. If you rely on WiFi to use your devices you will be very frustrated.

Thanks for your review, Diane. Regarding the wifi, we are trying to correct it. I contacted our manager and internet provider as soon as you told us about it, but that didn't fully resolve it, I'm sorry to say. My understanding is the entire neighborhood, including nearby Siesta Key, was experiencing problems with Comcast these past two weeks or more. We will continue to address this until it gets fully resolved. Thank you for bringing it to our attention.

My family absolutely adored this condo at Villa Maria. It was very comfortable, and the decor was perfect. The owner was remarkably easy to work with, and the pool was a nice added touch for us and our son. We only stayed a week, but look forward to spending three weeks next year. Highly recommended!

My 2 daughters & I spent a short get away vacation here. It was great! The place was on a quiet street away from the main highway. The apt was very clean & charming. Well stocked with necessary supplies. Every morning we would sit out in lanai & have our coffee & chat, catching up on news, family, etc. It was so nice t have t pool to enjoy after being at the beach or take a morning swim. A very cozy environment. We want to make our get-away a yearly occurrence and would definitely come back here again.

I'm originally from Canada, but since my childhood I have had family on Siesta Key and I vacationed there every chance I got! In 2009 I moved here permanently. The wonderful beach is a huge attraction, but there's much more to love about Sarasota than its fabulous, sandy beaches. Whether you're here for a weekend getaway or living the snowbird life, there's plenty to take in, from sunsets to the lively arts scene... and everything in between!

Why they chose this property

Villa Maria has a little Mediterranean charm and a whole lot of Florida going for it! The location can't be beat... right off Stickney Point Rd, just a quick drive to the beach over the bridge (or a long, leisurely stroll for those who love walking).
Also walking distance are a few great restaurants, Publix grocery store, and some shops in nearby Gulfgate. We love that the complex is only 8 units and that the condo itself is spacious, offering every amenity.

What makes this property unique

Beach Access #12 is just over the bridge across Midnight Pass Rd. Or you can venture further up the road to the Public Beach.
Only 15 -20 minute drive to downtown Sarasota with a lively arts and music scene. Or other attractions: Selby Gardens, St. Armand's Circle, Mote Marine, Ringling Museum, and more. Myakka Park for a birdwatch or a tour of alligators isn't far, either!
