You can find routes that go through the Port of Alcudia, passing through Alcudia townand continuing through Mal Pasand Bonaire. Reservation Confirmation:
To guarantee your booking, a 30% deposit of the total amount is required.
Security Deposit:
Upon arrival, guests must make a €500 cash payment as a security deposit. This will be refunded at the end of the stay, provided the property is left in the agreed condition.
Electricity Consumption:
The electricity cost will be deducted from the deposit based on market rates, following meter verification.
Additional Fees:
Final cleaning: €300 (separate charge).
Outdoor or garage parking: subject to availability, no prior reservation needed.
Baby cot and high chair: available free of charge upon prior request.
Second cot: €12 per day.
Third cot: €12 per day.
Pool enclosure for babies: €150.
Extra bed (subject to availability and prior agreement): €38 per day.
Heating (diesel): €100 per week.

A few days before arrival, please contact our agency to confirm your arrival time (flight or boat details) and arrange key collection.
Check-in Procedure:
Upon arrival, please call us and proceed directly to the accommodation or the agreed meeting point.
Our reception office will contact you to confirm the key collection time and location.
Late Arrivals:
If arriving late, keys may be placed in a secure key box. In this case, any outstanding amount must be paid the following day at the agency.
If no key box is available, arrival must be arranged with the agency. A late check-in fee will apply and must be paid in cash upon arrival.
Check-in after 23:00: Additional fee of €30.
Late Check-out:
If available, late departure costs are as follows:
Until 13:00: €50
Until 17:00: €90
In low season, check-in and check-out times are flexible. Please contact the agency to coordinate.
- TOURIST TAX (ECOTASA)
Since July 2016, the government has implemented a tourist tax:
€2.20 per night per person for the first 8 days.
From the 9th day onwards, €1.10 per night per person.
Not applicable to children under 16 years.
This amount must be paid in cash to the property owner upon arrival.
