Cozy country house with private pool just 10 minutes from Manacor, ideal for 10 guests
The outdoor area is ideal for enjoying the Mediterranean weather and taking a refreshing dip in the chlorinated pool, measuring 12 m x 5.5 m, with a depth ranging from 0.8 m to 2.5 m. It is surrounded by a spacious terrace with sun loungers, an outdoor shower, and a chill-out area where you can enjoy a drink while watching the sunset. Before entering the house, there is a porch with a long table that’s perfect for a delicious barbecue with your companions.

Inside, the house is arranged over two floors and features a cosy, rustic Mallorcan style. On the ground floor you’ll find the living-dining area with a Smart TV, open to a bright dining space. The separate kitchen is equipped with gas hobs and has all the utensils you need to prepare home-cooked meals. This floor also has two bedrooms: one with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower, and another with two single beds and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub. In addition, there is a separate bathroom with a shower and a laundry area with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board. On the first floor there is a second lounge with a sofa and TV, ideal as a relaxation area or a space for children to have their own corner. This floor also has three more bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with two single beds each. There is also a full bathroom with a bathtub. Please note that if you are travelling with a baby, we can provide a cot and a high chair. The property has 6 fans distributed across different rooms for the hottest days.

The estate is located in a very quiet rural area, just 10 minutes from Manacor, where you’ll find supermarkets, restaurants, and all essential services. In 20 minutes you can reach Cala Romàntica, a beautiful beach with crystal-clear waters, perfect for a family day out. Very nearby are the famous Drach Caves in Porto Cristo, where you can explore an impressive underground landscape with an inner lake. For golf lovers, Vall d’Or Golf is a short drive away and offers sea views. The area is perfect for combining beach time, nature, local gastronomy, and cycling excursions through the Mallorcan countryside.

A change of towels and sheets during the stay is included.

There's a mandatory tourist tax in Balearic Islands, called Ecotasa. All guests, except people under 16 years, have to pay this tax. The amount varies between 0.55€/night and guest during the low season and 2.2€/night and guest during the high season .The tax is reduced by half from the 9th day for your stay.
