It is in an estate of more than 2000 m2, surrounded by a palm grove, banana trees and avocado trees.

Prepared for people with Functional Diversity, access ramp to the house and bathroom with shower.


GENERAL CONDITIONS TO CONFIRM A RESERVATION, PROHIBITIONS ACCORDING TO LAW:

- It is forbidden to accommodate more people than the maximum capacity of the house.
- It is forbidden to allocate housing for non-tourist purposes.

HOUSE'S RULES:

- Smoking is prohibited inside the house.
- For the emblematic place where the house is located, it is FORBIDDEN TO DO SAWSERS, TURN ON FIRE, etc.
- Pets are not allowed, nor the entry of people other than those admitted in the reservation.
- It is the obligation of the guests to maintain a responsible consumption of water and electricity.
- It is essential to maintain order, cleanliness and good condition of both the property and the goods and items that make up the same and are available to guests.
- We are at your disposal for any questions in the email and by whatsapp.
- The beds are size 90 * 190 (two single beds) in the main room and an armchair-bed in the living room (for two people or children). We also have a baby cot
- Cleaning during the stay is not included.
- For stays longer than 7 days, sheets and towels will be left.
- You can count on us for all the information and suggestions you need (gastronomy, places to visit, parties, etc ...)
- In the house there is tourist information (maps of Gran Canaria, Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés, hiking maps, bicycle maps, etc ...)
- We are available by phone, whatsapp or face-to-face, from 9-21 hours. If necessary, and in case of emergency, you can contact outside these hours.
