In the heart of the seaside village of Marzamemi, we offer you, a delightful newly built independent house on two levels.
The house is as follows: On the ground floor there is an entrance stairwell, large and bright double bedroom with wardrobe, air conditioner and TV, bedroom with two beds, air conditioning and walk-in closet, bathroom.
On the first floor there is a built-in kitchen, bathroom-laundry room, bright living room and large terrace level.
Just 100 meters from a beautiful sandy beach and 200 meters from the Piazza Margherita Margherita movie set.
