Villa La Roccia Del Poggio is the ideal place for an unforgettable holiday with family or friends in Sardinia.

Spacious (4 rooms, 9 beds + sofa bed, 2 en-suite bathrooms) and comfortable (5 air-conditioners), the villa has a large equipped terrace with a splendid view of the sea and the island of Caprera.

The villa is equipped with all comforts: Wi-Fi, 4 TVs, 2 satellites/ dvd players, washing machine, dishwasher, two ovens, induction hob, American fridge, barbecue, outdoor shower and foot washing (both with hot water), a second outdoor area equipped. Quality electrical equipment.

4 outdoor areas:
1/ large comfortable terrace with beautiful sea view, table, table football, mosquito repellent system for dining outside

2/ gazebo with sofas and armchairs for aperitifs, entertainment or relaxation while enjoying the nature of Villaggio Piras

3/ suntan area with 3 deckchairs.

4/ rear outdoor terrace with table and chairs.

Extensive DVD library (350+) including 100 Walt Disney Classics for children, mainly in french and english (50 in italian, 20 in german).
Access to French TV (TNTSat), German/Italian TV, international channels

At guests' disposal also washbasin and a fixed drying rack.

Anti-mosquito system covering the whole garden.

Privacy assured; the villa is in the middle of a 1000sqm garden and the only access road is a back alley.

Security: no gas. Electric cooker and barbecue. Two boilers and one reserve for hot water. Independent air conditioners. Night lighting in the outside pedestrian areas.

Small children at guests' discretion: there are steps, rocks and succulent plants in the garden. Baby package cots (x2), high chair, potty reducer available.

8 minutes by car from the town centre, the villa is part of Villaggio Piras, an exclusive residential complex of only villas surrounded by greenery, an oasis of peace and tranquillity.
Cala Grande, the village's private beach, is just a 7-minute walk away. All other beaches on the island can be reached in 5-10 minutes by car.

Dream House with dream Garden

Perfect location for trips around Maddalena and Caprera. Great and silent Garden with des view and different places to sit and relax. Lovely owner, very comfortable, gives perfect tips for restaurants, beaches and answers every question you may have

Beautiful villa with plenty of space and lots of sitting out areas. Short walk to local beach for morning dips. Loads of kitchen equipment and everything we needed, aircon worked a treat. Garden beautiful. Only issue was lights not working on sundeck which Filippo tried very hard to fix remotely for us but did not manage. Some furnishings were a little tired (eg sunbed cushions ripped) and the electric BBQ was dirty and dismantled, but apart from that we loved our stay on this fantastic island.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Wir haben sehr schöne Tage im Ferienhaus verbracht. Der Vermieter ist überaus hilfsbereit und extrem bemüht. Das Haus und der Garten sind sehr gepflegt. Das Haus wurde vor unserer Anreise wegen Covid-19 professionell desinfiziert. Wir würden jederzeit wieder buchen.
