Located on the hill of Porto Cervo, this prestigious Villa, developed on several levels, opens onto a bright and spacious living area, characterized, like the rest of the Villa, by furniture and finishes in perfect Mediterranean style. The living room leads to the spacious dining room and functional kitchen, equipped with everything, refrigerator, oven, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker and various utensils.

Outside, on the same floor, is a large terrace covered with important wooden beams, equipped to host unforgettable outdoor dining.
The garden, typical of the hilly area of Porto Cervo, welcomes the beautiful swimming pool equipped with comfortable sunbeds, essential to enjoy the wonderful Sardinian sun in full relaxation.

There is a barbecue area for excellent grills, completed, by an additional outdoor terrace where you can lunch with friends caressed by the saltiness or dine under the stars.

Taking advantage of the flight of stairs that runs around the property, you climb to a romantic terrace from which you can enjoy an extraordinary view, the ideal place to treat yourself to a moment of peace in front of an enchanting sunset.

The sleeping area consists of an elegant and refined Master Suite, equipped with a comfortable Queen Size bed and a private en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower, washbasin, toilet, bidet and Welcome Kit. There is another bedroom with its own bathroom, equipped with two single beds, a twin room and a double room.
This is concluded by a splendid annex with separate access, with a double bed and private bathroom for a total capacity of ten guests.

The Villa is fully air conditioned, has free Wi-Fi, a laundry area, equipped with a washer and dryer, and private parking within the property.

Its structure and the location in which it is located, a short walk from the center of Porto Cervo, the renowned Piazzetta, the Marina and the lush Promenade du Port, make the Villa the perfect location to experience the most exclusive jet-set of the entire Costa Smeralda, without sacrificing privacy and tranquility.
