This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom in the popular Hilton Head Resort is your ideal beach rental getaway. Located in the center of Hilton Head Island with access to its own semi-private beach, this is best value on Hilton Head. Whether for a family vacation, a girls weekend away, or a romantic escape this smoke free/pet free villa and the amenities at Hilton Head Resort are there for your enjoyment. With two outdoor pools, an indoor heated pool, a Jacuzzi tub, steam room, exercise room, six lighted tennis courts, an indoor running track, and an on-site deli/bar and beach cabana with an awesome little bar/eatery, you'll want to experience this locale.

Hilton Head Resort #1412 has been recently updated and feels comfortable and fresh. It has new Master bedding and mattress for your comfort. It is conveniently located in building one on the fourth floor and has elevator access to all floors within all buildings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, stove and oven, microwave, garbage disposal, toaster, blender, and a coffee maker. The kitchen is fully stocked with silverware, cooking utensils, dishes, cups, glasses, bowls, pots and pans; everything you need to prepare your gourmet meals.

Both spacious bedrooms have ceiling fans, closets, dressers. The plush queen sized bed in the master bedroom is complemented with its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has two twin beds and easy access to the second bathroom in the villa.

The living room has a 55-inch high definition flat screen television and seating for six. The full size sofa has a queen sized mattress for additional sleeping arrangements. Adjacent to the living room is the outdoor patio where you can relax after a long day at the beach with breathtaking views of the ocean and Palmetto Dunes.

Walk to the beach using our own private boardwalk through the salt marsh full of birds with its view of the adjoining award winning Robert Trent Jones golf course. If this short quarter mile walk isn't for you, our courteous on-site security personnel run a beach shuttle to and from the resort to our very own Cocos on the Beach, a snack bar with full beer and liquor with an island theme and occasional live music. Enjoy our uncrowded beach or stroll in either direction for miles to see the beachfront beauty of Hilton Head.

Your family and you will always feel secure at Hilton Head Resort due to our guarded gated community and 24 hour roving security. You are sure to be satisfied with your accommodations and all of the amenities the Resort has to offer.

Perfect

This property was everything and had everything we needed. Description and pictures are spot on, just wish we had planned more days. The walk to the beach is not bad at all unless to carry alot to the beach. They do have a golf cart shuttle which makes getting to the beach much easier, but you need to use some patience because you will have to wait up to 10 minutes for the shuttle. We really enjoyed watching the wildlife at the lagoons below the balcony. Communication with the owner was top notch as well. If the opportunity arises for another trip to HHI we will book this property again. Thanks so much for sharing your condo with us!

Great vacation

This is our 2nd year to stay in this condo. The owners are great and easy to get a hold of. It is close to the boardwalk.

Memories Made

This was our first visit to Hilton Head. We were there with are 2 daughters and grandson. We made many memories on the beach. The owners of our condo were great. We had questions before we got there and while we were there. She always got back to us with in half hour. We are looking for a retire trip next yearl

Cozy condo with a view

We moved to Charleston SC in 2000. Both of us fell in love with the Low Country area and our dream was always to own property near the beach. When an opportunity came for us to purchase this condo, there was mutual excitement! Hilton Head Resort has everything we were looking for and more! We knew this was the place for us the minute we walked in and then when we saw the view from the balcony that confirmed it…This would be our beach home. The best part of this experience is being able to share it with you. Your enjoyment of this property is our goal!

We are truly blessed to be living in Charleston, SC. We didn’t think it was possible to find another place as beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised when we first came for a visit on the island. Hilton Head is a beautiful place and even though it is not a large island it offers so much. Hilton Head Island is only 2 hours away from Charleston, however, every time we come for a visit it truly feels like a vacation. We always leave refreshed and relax!

Our property is located in Building 1 nearest to the ocean and is on the 4th floor with a spectacular view. The property is conveniently located near the elevator and laundry room. We are also continuing to make upgrades and are committed to make our home comfortable for all guests.
