This two bedroom, two bath villa is located on the first floor of sought after building one. Convenient to the largest outdoor pool, beach bar/deli, resort's private boardwalk to the beach and parking. Lovely view from front door plus a private balcony to relax after a day in the sun.

This updated villa has comfortable den furniture and a 55 inch wall mounted Smart tv with cable.

The fully stocked kitchen is equipped with refrigerator with ice maker, full size stove/oven, garbage disposal, dishes, glasses, cups, pots, pans, toaster, bowls/strainer, crock pot, Keurig coffeemaker, blender, tea kettle, microwave, dishwasher, etc.. There is even a popcorn maker for movie night after a long day at the beach.

The master bedroom has a 48" tv with cable, ceiling fan, and also a private bath with tub and shower.
The second bedroom has a full bed along with bunk beds making it sleep 4 comfortably. This bedroom also has a 46" inch tv with cable. There is another full bath with walk in shower just outside the door.

The Beach Bear bar and grill is located poolside at this building. Poolside food, drink and live music. There is also a convenience store in the deli.

And last but not least our beautiful beach! We provide beach chairs and a cart for you to use during your stay. They are conveniently located in a locker under the building. Just pick them upon your way to the beach. No lugging them back and forth to the villa. There is a private boardwalk to the beach located beside our building. At the beach you will find Coco's, the resort’s private cabana with food, drinks and restrooms. No roads to cross! Just a 5-6 minute walk over a scenic saltwater marsh abundant with wildlife including herons and egrets to one of the least crowded beaches on the island. There is also a seasonal golf cart shuttle than runs on a schedule across the boardwalk.
