Shower Room: Cubicle Shower, Heated Towel Rail, Toilet. Courtyard with patio. Garden furniture and BBQ (available Apr-Oct only). Hot tub for 3 (private). Private parking for 2 cars.. Both properties: LPG central heating, electricity, bed linen, towels and Wi-Fi included. Welcome pack. No smoking. . Renovated in 2019, Bray Holiday Cottages (refs UK11795, UK11796 and UK32116), are all superb, detached barn conversions nestled in a quiet Lincolnshire Wolds village. Each has its own private hot tub, where you can sit back, relax, and enjoy the peace and quiet. Soft towelling robes, slippers and complimentary toiletries are provided. Whether you are looking to get away from it all or looking for a great touring base, these properties are the ideal location. Here you can explore the east coast, lovely beaches, the Lincolnshire Wolds and the market towns of Louth and Horncastle, famous for their many antiques and collectables shops.

Lincoln, with its famous cathedral and castle is about 35 minutes’ drive away with the traditional seaside resort of Skegness about 30 minutes’ drive. There are great walks and cycle routes straight from the door with plenty of pubs and cafés on your route where you can enjoy a cooling drink or delicious meal. Beach 21 miles. Shop 3½ miles, pub, and restaurant 2 miles. These properties can be booked together to accommodate up to 9 guests.

A lovely very quiet place to stay

Its a very modern and roomy property with everything you need for the week . A separate freezer and a washing machine would enhance the stay for us also a little bit cramped on the patio area . But overall one of the best holiday lets we have been to.
