Charming, bright bungalow cottage situated on the 18th fairway of Webhannet Golf Course (semi-private club). Large property (approximately an acre- safe for children's play) beautifully landscaped, sweeping backyard with outdoor dining space (gas BBQ provided). Easy 5 minute walk to local beach and KBIA. Scenic bike ride (15 minutes) into Kennebunkport to access shops & restaurants. Private master bedroom wing with ensuite bathroom. TV in the master bedroom and full WiFi access. Remaining bedrooms include 2 bedrooms with two twin beds in each and 1 bedroom with a queen size bed. Second bathroom with shower. The cottage comfortably sleeps 8. Cathedral ceilings in the master bedroom, dining room and den (with 2nd tv). A tastefully decorated home with ample space for entertaining.

Cute Cottage with a Great location

House is located just a short walk to the beach on a quiet street. It is not updated but very charming. It comfortably fit our group of 6 and accommodated our 3 young children well. The owner Vicky was very easy to deal with and incredibly flexible. We would definitely return!
