The apartment is on the ground floor of a small block. It's a great base for your stay while visiting family /friends or a few rounds of golf. It has a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for your stay Spanish/English TV, DVD player. Comfortable lounge area plus dining table and 4 chairs. One double bedroom one twin bedroom all with air conditioning. Bathroom with a walk in shower. There is a private balcony off the lounge with table and chairs. The front door looks out onto a communal patio, where there is a BBQ that can be used, but it must be cleaned after use. There is a rooftop communal pool, but this is only open throughout the summer period.
All linen and towels are provided.....separate towels for the pool / beach provided.
The apartment is fitted with an electric card meter, you are allowed so much electricity depending on your stay but cards can be purchased if more is needed.
Its situated in the town of San Miguel de Salinas and is within walking distance to supermarkets, bars and restaurants, and a 10 -15 minute drive to beaches You are spoiled for choice with golf courses within a few minutes drive, La Finca, Las Rambles, Las Colinas, Villamartin and Campoamor.
