Villa Ruya is a perfect house for relaxation.
Villa Ruya is the perfect house. Individually controlled air conditioning in the bedrooms, spacious bathrooms, perfectly equipped kitchen (fridge, gas stove, coffee maker, fryer, care, hot and cold water dispenser, pots, pans, etc. - it would take a long time to list). There is a games room in the basement (table football, billiards, table tennis, etc.). The swimming pool with a paddling pool is clean, and a gardener (a very nice gentleman) came in the morning during the week. The surroundings of the house are rural, quiet, quiet, a very well-equipped shop 10 minutes on foot or 2 minutes by car. There is a market in the village once a week with fruit, vegetables, cheese, etc. 5-10 minutes by car to the center of Fethya. 5 minutes to the sea by car.
The owner of the property, Merthan, was very nice (we met him in person) and Lisa (the lady who helped us during our stay) was very nice. Merthan and Lisa wrote to us once or twice a day, asking if everything was OK, if we needed anything...
To sum up - the property is much better than Turkish standards, great service, full professionalism. I 100% or even 200% recommend Villa Ruya. Thank you for your stay Lisa and Merthan.
