This luxury 5 bedroomed modern villa has real Turkish character and is located at the base of the impressive Mendos mountain with amazing views of Babadag where the paragliders start their decent down to Oludeniz beach.
The villa has 8720 sq. ft. large green garden & it’s own private pool with sun beds and parasols . A marble staircase takes you to the bottom and 1st floor bedrooms and landing areas. A large covered terrace is fully equipped for outside dining and can provide shade from the hot sun. Each of the 5 bedrooms has air-conditioning.

Our group of two families recently returned from a fantastic holiday at Villa Linda, and we truly could not have asked for a better experience.From the moment we arrived, we felt incredibly welcome. The owners met us at the property to give us a personal tour and ensure we were settled. The villa itself is wonderfully spacious—offering plenty of room for both families to relax without feeling crowded—and it was thoughtfully equipped with everything we could possibly need during our stay.The outdoor space was a massive highlight, especially for the children. The pool is large, and the kids couldn't wait to dive right in. There were also plenty of sun beds and umbrellas for everyone in our group. We were thoroughly impressed by the maintenance, as the pool was cleaned every single day apart from Sunday. A special mention must go to the pool man, who was incredibly kind and even introduced the children to the cicadas in the trees! Speaking of wildlife, first thing every morning, the children loved heading outside to look for the tortoises, and we were lucky enough to have three living right there in the garden.The location of Villa Linda is also excellent. Having a supermarket right across the road made grabbing daily essentials incredibly convenient. We also loved being so close to the Turtle Restaurant, which offered great food and fantastic entertainment.

Villa Heaven

Villa Linda is a wonderful place to stay. 5 bedrooms, 3 with ensuite. Big separate bathroom with bath. Lovely views from 2 balconies. Large lounge and kitchen. Pool was cleaned everyday and lots of outside seating. Owners were very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Must recommend this villa!

Our hosts were wonderful from the start, they stayed up until 1am to meet us at the villa after a delayed flight! And made sure we got settled in well. The rooms are bigger than they appear in the pictures, with wonderful views from the balcony and a beautiful pool and garden area. Shop conveniently across the road, and a short walk to other busier areas. Absolutely outstanding place to stay. Thank you for having us!

We bought this villa because of Fethiye - Ovacik region is one of the unique place where very clean nature exists. I hope that all our guests share this fantastic atmosphere and feel at home. It will be a wonderful holiday for you...

Why they chose this property

We holidayed several time in Ovacik before buying our beautiful villa. The area has fantastic facilities and it is a unique location, as its close to the 4 main resorts. There are some beautiful beaches close by and the harbour of Fethiye boasts a great range of bars and restaurants. There really is something for everyone here. The area is easily accessible with Dalaman airport about an hours drive away.

What makes this property unique

The property is just a short walk to a few really nice bars and resturants and has a fantastic bus service to the other main resorts. It is also only a short bus ride to one of the best beaches in Turkey…the famous blue lagoon beach in OluDeniz. The villa is quite private and set back from the main road, but is only a short walk to the bus stops. There is also a 'taxi' call button just a few meters from the villa.
