The 450m2 luxury holiday villa has everything for a wonderful holiday.

Enjoy the 15meters large indoor swimming pool with a separate steam room and other amenities like a sunshower, swimstream, a little waterfall, sonos soundsystem and several (sitting) showers. The swimming pool has a 'hydrolyse' water cleaning system which is much better for your skin and hair than the traditional chloride water system.
Have fun at the 200m2 hockey/soccer field which also has professional outdoor lighting in case you want to play in the dark.
Enjoy the beautiful nearly 2000m2 landscaped garden in the gated property with several places to relax in total privacy.
Enjoy the large kitchen with a fireplace and modern equipment like a quooker, American fridge with ice machine, studio line dishwasher, etc
Hang out in the several sitting rooms with amongst others widescreen TV and playstation for the kids
And have your well deserved night's rest in one of the six bedrooms with several very good quality King Size beds including Hastens beds of 210 cm wide and 220 cm long.

You can use the bicycle's of the villa to go to the beautiful beach or Formule I circuit of Zandvoort in just 20 minutes. Or take the bicycles to go in 5 minutes to the nearest train station which brings you in 20 minutes to the center of Amsterdam. Also very close by are the beautiful 'Waterleiding' and 'Kennemer' dunes for hiking and bicycle's tours as well as your exercises.
The 'Kennemer Golf & Contry Club' is just 3 kilometers away and is one of the leading 18-holes golfclubs of the Netherlands.

Perfect Holiday!

My husband and I took our family on a 10 day European vacation to celebrate the high school and college graduations of our two youngest sons. Our group also included our two older sons with their wives, and our grandson, for a total of nine people. This home was the perfect way to cap off an action packed tour of Amsterdam - it was a great place to spread out and relax and enjoy some quiet time together. Everyone especially enjoyed the pool and the soccer pitch! The checkin process was simple and the hosts were very easy to reach if I had questions. I would highly recommend this lovely home.

Upscale neighborhood a short trip to Amsterdam, Haarlem and the beach

This is a beautiful home with a beautiful lawn and an amazing indoor pool. The home is located in an upscale neighborhood with tree lined streets. The neighborhood is a close distance to the beach, Harlem and Amsterdam. We will definitely stay here the next time we are in Amsterdam.

Voor elk wat wils. Het zwembad is een echte eye catcher zowel in de winter als in de zomer. Rustig gelegen. Op fiets afstand van strand en loopafstand voor wandelingen. Voor de jeugd een heus kunstgras veld voor voetbal en hockey.

Amazing stay with our family

We (5 adults & 4 children) had a wonderful time in this amazing house. The house was clean and spacious with several places to hang out and relax. Very comfy beds! The large kitchen was very well equipped with more than enough equipment to cook for our group. The pool with all amenities (steam room ect) was fantastic and perfect for kids and adults. We loved the large garden and outdoor spaces and that it was a gated property so perfectly safe for kids. Communication with the owner was top notch at all times! Would love to come back one day and highly recommend it!
