3 km from the sea, immersed in the greenery and peace of the Livorno Mediterranean bush, a beautiful stone house with comfortable indoor and outdoor spaces ideal for a family or two couples. Very close to the Montenero exit of the Aurelia variant, 20 minutes from Pisa, 35 from Lucca. The house is located near the Sanctuary of Montenero which can be reached by the funicular which is 300 meters away.
Very close to butcher shops, bakery, pharmacy, food market, tobacconist, newsagent, cafeteria, pizzerias and restaurants.

Viel Schönes dabei

Wir waren sehr uberrascht, dass wir weder Mietvertrag noch Schlüssel erhalten haben. Gewisse Einrichtungsgegenstände (Waschmaschine, Tumbler und Whirlpool) waren bei unserer Ankunft nicht vorhanden. Die Schlüssel wurden offenbar nicht übergeben, da sich eine der beiden Türen ins Freie gar nicht verriegeln ließ. Wir haben die Mängel gemeldet, jedoch wurden wir nicht verstanden, da Vermieter und Vermieterin im direkten Gespräch nur Italienisch verstanden. Als wir auf den Englischen Handy-Kontakt die Mängel beschrieben haben, wurde aggressiv reagiert (wir würden Lügen erfinden), da wir nicht in der Unterkunft übernachtet haben, wurde uns auch unterstellt, wir hätten die Unterkunft einfach aufgegeben. Nie wieder.
