Completely renovated house on 3 levels designed to allow children parents and grandparents to enjoy the sea and sun of Royan.

Centrally located 50 meters from the beach of Foncillon (Mickey club), 500 meters from the port (many shops and restaurants), 300 m from the tip of Chaix (spa center and tennis club overlooking the Cordouan) and 1 km Pontaillac (mini golf surfing casino, sports course by the coastal path)

8 most new bikes, table tennis, table football swing, beach equipment, toys and large collection of comics and movies

The furniture is old but all the mattresses are new (Bulltex double beds including a 2m) many baby equipment (crib bar, high chair, changing table etc ...)

la maison a du charme mais la cuisine et la salle à manger sont petites et pas très fonctionnelles pour 12 personnes, mais l'accueil trés chaleureux et attentif de la propriétaire a permis de trouver des solutions correctes.

Très belle maison d époque, emplacement exceptionnel à 50 mètres de la plage avec club Mickey, 3 chambres sur 6 avec bel aperçu mer. Excellente litterie. Lave vaisselle, lave linge, sèche linge. Petit jardin avec terrasses agréable. Bémol maison reste dans son jus, vieux meubles, poussière... Manque d entretien certain. Mais malgré cela nous pourrions y retourner Bemol

Très bon emplacement, très pratique, grandes pièces. propreté correcte mais pourrait être meilleure. Hormis ce petit point : très satisfait de notre séjour , nous recommandons.

Quand nous sommes arrivées le logement était sale , très sale l'annonce disait garage, pas de garage, un patio très beaux sur les photos du site Abritel, la réalité était toute autre, fleurs toutes fanées, feuilles et fleurs jonchaient le sol, ça ressemblait plutôt à un jardin abandonné qu'à autre chose. tout était moche sans aucun attrait.

Royan hyper centre

La maison est a 90 secondes de la plage a pied. Plein centre. Maison de grande taille toutefois le standing est très loin d’une maison de location. On est plus proche d’une maison familiale surchargée et vétuste.

Bien que située sur une avenue bruyante, la position de cette maison, très proche du centre de Royan et de la plage du Foncillon l'emporte sur cet inconvénient. Mais attention les normes d'une maison de famille et celles attendues d'une location ne sont pas exactement semblables. Les propriétaires devront y être attentifs. Accueil très sympathique de leur part.
