Family Home in Zone 1, 4 Double Bedrooms, King's Cross

Your home away from home in Zone 1: our modern family friendly 4 bedroom apartment has been recently refurbished and was specially designed to make your stay as comfortable as possible in London. We are especially well prepared for families with small and older children. Situated in a very peaceful yet very central part of London near Kings Cross/Russell Square, you are literally minutes away from shops, bars, restaurants, tourists attractions and major transport hubs.

Our modern newly refurbished apartment has 4 bedrooms, all with double beds, making it ideal for both large families and a group of friends. There are 2 full bathrooms including shower and toilet, one separate shower room, and one separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped for all your needs. There is a separate living room with a large smart TV (Netflix, Amazon Prime are both available). We can provide a travel cot, high chair and baby bath for younger travellers and can also arrange for some toys and any other baby equipment to be available (inc. buggy, baby gym, baby monitor) – please enquire at the time of booking. There is also a washing machine and dryer.

Very peaceful location in Bloomsbury yet close to the hustle and bustle of all London has to offer. The flat is a short walk away from St Pancras International and King Cross station meaning there are direct transfer links with three major London airports (Heathrow, Gatwick and Luton) and also to Eurostar. For getting around London there a number of buses around the area and Russell Square (Piccadilly Line) is the closest tube station, however you can walk to Oxford Street/Soho in 20 minutes.

Great location and nice stay for our family

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in London near Regent Square and Kings Cross Station. The unit was well-appointed, and convenient to all the sites we visited. We appreciated being able to drop our bags off early, which made our first day much easier after landing in early morning. The beds and baths easily accommodated our group of 6, and the washer and dryer came in handy as we spent several days in London before traveling all around the country-side and up to Scotland. The neighborhood was quiet, with nice access to pubs, restaurants, and the tube. We would definitely stay here again.

Close proximity to tube/train stations. We loved the quirky but abundant bathrooms. At 6’2” I was a little too tall to stretch out in our bed. Our kids loved the place. The outdoor space was great as an additional sitting area.

Amazing place for our visit to London

Our party of eight with ages ranging from 10 years old to 74 years old visited London for four days in July. This flat was the perfect place for our large party. The amenities were more than we could ask for. The quality was top notch. The location seem to be close to most of the things we were visiting. I would definitely recommend this place.

Delightful family home met all our needs!

We found this property just as described, meeting all our expectations. We were a multigenerational family, grandparents, 2 sets of parents, and 2 grandchildren under 4. The space inside was practical and served us well – bedrooms all had useful ceiling fans, bathrooms all had plenty of hot water, kitchen was clean and functional and had all basic supplies. The location was ideal, on a quiet square, but within minutes’ walk to either Russel Square or Kings Cross tube stations – so anyone who wanted could easily drop back home from daily excursions for naps etc. - also Coram Fields playground area, a small shopping center with grocery store, high quality coffee vendors and even a good pub right behind us. And of particular note, the communications with our host, Ben, were impeccable: prompt and helpful every time we had a question or occasional need/concern.

The property manager, Ben, was outstanding. Excellent communication. Great location in the King’s Cross station area - 10 minute walk. Unit is a little dated in some ways but the offset was lots of space. Three bedrooms and a bathroom with shower upstairs. One bedroom, one bathroom with shower, shower only room, kitchen and living / TV room downstairs. Ideal for families. Recommend.

Great place and Ben was a super host. Very responsive. Most everything was as expected. Fun nearby pub, and near a major transport hub…very convenient! We were there at a hot time and the house has no a/c. Fans were provided but did little to offset. Unbearably hot at night. To be fair they didn’t advertise a/c, and London isn’t known for its heat, but it might be time for an upgrade in an otherwise great place!

Great Host and Convenient Location

This was a great place for our family of 7 to stay on our recent trip! Very conveniently located close to a grocery store and bus/tube stations in a nice, quiet neighborhood. Although a few signs of wear and tear (as to be expected) the apartment was clean, nicely furnished, and there was plenty of room. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes and basic staples. Benjamin was great to work with, he was very responsive and accommodating.

prachtig appartement centraal en rustig gelegen

Vriendelijke ontvangst door de verhuurder. Alle nodige uitrusting was aanwezig . Er zijn 3 douches en 2 toiletten . Ruime kamers . Appartement zeker geschikt voor 8 personen . Heel wat spelletjes aanwezig om de avonden gezellig in te vullen . Metrostations , winkels , restaurants op wandelafstand . De (ongeopende) overschotten van voeding van vorige huurders worden bewaard in de kasten of diepvries voor je aankomst . Kijk eerst na voor je naar winkel gaat , er is nog veel aanwezig. Het appartement is zeker aan bevelen . Wil je een fuif geven dan ben je wel niet op het juiste adres, vanaf 10 uur wordt gevraagd om geen luide muziek te maken .
