Clean apartment, had all the amenities needed for 5 people. Everything in Barcelona is distant but we felt this place was center enough of everything and walking distance to the metro.

This place was very conveniently located and we were able to walk to all typical tourist spots. There is a metro stop nearby. Lots of great spots to eat around. The person who checked-us in provided great local tips and recommendations. WiFi worked perfectly. Cozy apartment with comfortable beds. Would highly recommend this place to others.

Good value for location

I was traveling with my 18- and 20-year-old sons and this apartment allowed us each to have our own rooms. There are two beds in some rooms so it would be great for even bigger families. The location was ideal -- easy walking distance to Lesseps metro station and a direct walk to lots of restaurants and other businesses. We also used Bolt to get around on occasion.

Spacious apartment with amenities

We are a family of 4 with 2 teenage kids. We stayed for 5 nights. The apartment was spacious with 3 bedrooms and kitchen. It was relatively close to metro and bus stops. The place was clean and opening the apartment and front gate were super easy.

Comfortable & good location for good price

Our family of 4 (2 teenage kids) stayed for 4 nights while we were sightseeing. The apartment's space is smaller than the pictures show, but it was adequate. Having a kitchen and washer/dryer was convenient though we had to buy all condiments. The apartment only has one air conditioning unit which was fine during our early summer stay.

Great location - apartment needs some work

The apartment location is fantastic - in the heart of Gracia and off the beaten tourist path but very proximate to the city centre and transit. The area is well acquitted with shops, supermarkets, cafes and restaurants. The hosts are communicative and helpful - the only challenge is how often one has to communicate with them as many elements of the apartment are worn out: the fuses blow if two appliances are run concurrently, the hot water heater frequently needs resetting, and the kitchen appliances are wearing out. The three bedrooms are comfortably sized, two have tiny windows to air shafts and one has a great view of the Main Street. A wonderful location and good space!

Thankful for Gracia

Loved the town that is not as busy as downtown Barcelona, but can appreciate the Spanish culture. It's about 25 minutes walk from Parc Guell with many restaurants and businesses in the area. The only complaint is that the noise from the outside bleeds in heavily. So you can hear all the conversations in the hallway, and every doors shutting and opening. The shutting sounds, especially, are quite loud, especially if you have the room near the exit. So I'd recommend ear plugs. Otherwise, it's a spacious apartment that's good for resting to your around the town.

This place is located in the best area of Barcelona called Gracia. Super easy access to the city center and it is in a safe and quiet neighborhood with the best restaurants in town.
